"The hotel facilities were quite good, and the brand-new design was very thoughtful and user-friendly. However, after trying out the mattress, I found that it was completely wrapped in plastic sheeting with a cotton sheet on top. It was like sleeping on a plastic sheet; there was no ventilation whatsoever, and it was extremely hot. But after I contacted the hotel front desk, they actively addressed the issue by removing the plastic wrapping."
