"When I arrived (around 2pm), they asked me to wait a little while as they were still cleaning my room. However, while I was waiting, they even offered me fresh juice and food. The room I was shown to was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in is at 12pm and check-out is at 12pm, so I imagine cleaning can be a bit of a tightrope walk. I thought they made up for that with their hospitality. I had a marathon in the morning, so I wanted to take a shower after the marathon. When I left for the marathon, I told them "I'm not checking out," and they kept my room for me. The 12pm check-out time was really helpful!"

"Honestly, this is a really nice hotel architecture. It’s really nice. The inside is really nice. The rooms or spacious, but there’s a very little thing that makes me not want to stay here. For example, the brooms are very moist. You can almost feel the wetness around you and some of the staff members aren’t really the greatest. It’s overall a nice hotel if you’re a foreigner it’s a nice hotel. It has many ACs. It’s a very spacious hotel but then there’s a little things. The staff can change about themselves So the experience can be more better like the breakfast buffet, which is a complementary. The staff can be a little faster I don’t think I should wait an hour just to get a scrambled eggs and a coffee but overall I love the experience, but I don’t think I’ll be willing to come here again not only if I have to"

"Dear Management, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. When I entered the hotel, there was no one available at the reception desk, and I had to wait around 20 to 25 minutes for check-in. After completing the check-in process, I went to my room and found it very dirty and not properly cleaned. Later, I ordered dinner. I was informed on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. However, after 40 minutes, when I followed up, the food was still not ready. Eventually, the food was served to my room after almost 2 hours. I am very unhappy with this experience. The service was extremely poor and disappointing. On top of that, the food had no taste and was not satisfactory at all. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope you take this complaint seriously and improve your service standards."

"This is a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in Lahore. The rooms are not very large and the windows are permanently covered by heavy drapes that cannot be removed. But you are not missing anything view wise! I was in a regular deluxe room. Maybe the suites had better view. The roof top restaurant was good but bleak skies and a chilly morning probably was not the best time for a breakfast. Buffet was good with lot of choices."

"The hotel itself was nice, however they had a sports team staying here. They cordoned off areas and path ways, it was a lot of bother up until they left. I would suggest if you are staying here, check before hand if there is such an event going on. They give priority to the athletes and make you stop from crossing even the lobby and going to your room. I did wish I stayed at some other location instead while the team was here but as soon as they left things got a lot better."
