"The hotel's location was great, with easy access to various restaurants! Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."

"Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this property. The property had a strong raw-egg-like smell, and the room lacked basic amenities. More seriously, there were no proper locks or lockers/safes in the room, creating a genuine concern about the security of personal belongings. The service was equally disappointing. The receptionist could not access Trip.com to verify my booking, so I had to arrange verification through Gmail myself. The staff were also unwelcoming and unhelpful, making the entire check-in and stay unnecessarily stressful. Overall, the combination of poor hygiene, unpleasant odor, inadequate facilities, serious security concerns, and poor service made this one of my worst accommodation experiences in Lahore. I strongly recommend checking other options before booking this property."

"This is the best thing happened to me since I moved to Lahore (2022). I always have culinary issues with restaurants/cafes/hotels in (lhr). It triggers my OCD and sensory issues especially when they put small dessert spoons for food and table spoons for desserts (in most places in lhr) and I hate it. This is definitely going to be the place I’m visiting alone on the days I’m feeling like sh*t and alone in this city who gave me traumas, laughters, learnings and zero amount of people I could call my friends."

Overall, the service is attentive and considerate, the environment is comfortable and quiet, and the location is convenient for getting around. "Absolutely excellent time and stay at the Ramada the room was stunning and excellent guest service. But the swimming pool was extremely cold in the winter and gym too small ....no salon massage available and only one tiny shop. There should be more shops in the hotel and a small office where people can change current.....no international cash pointi Lile standard chartered. But other than that it was lovely and clean enjoyed our time there it was very well spent"
