"Perjalanan bisnis pertama saya ke Lahore dari Hong Kong. From the moment we checked in to check out, the staff were extremely pleasant and extremely considerate when it came to handling different types of guests/language barriers. As female travellers we were treated with utmost respect at all times by everyone we came across. Breakfast options are excellent and items are fresh. We ordered room service and I had miscalculated how much I needed to pay but the staff gave me a full breakdown at reception and patiently allowed me to calculate. I would highly recommend this hotel to overseas Pakistanis and foreign travellers in general. Extremely safe and service is excellent."

After we checked into this hotel, they did not allow us to go out unless we rented a bulletproof car, which is now very expensive. And even with a bulletproof car, we were not allowed to visit tourist attractions, so our good summer vacation was ruined. …..We had no choice but to buy tickets from Lahore to return home. Maybe it's because I didn't hand over the key, but there was no housekeeping, no comforters on the beds, and the shower didn't have a partition, so the toilet got soaked. There was a little bit of trash on the floor, so I guess it was a little dirty for the price. This is just my opinion as a Japanese person, so maybe that's just how it is."
