Overall was bad experience I give it 2 out of 5.
1- Uporoffesional receptionist..skipped my que during check in and served another guest took longer to check not providing any info about the stay or even WiFi access.
2- Room has issues reported and some hasn't been resolved. Room without any towels. TV wasn't working. No hot water.

I was warmly received by Amaj, the driver, at the airport. Shyam, the head of hospitality and transport, was always available for any help. I interacted with Raj and Sameer and they were wonderful too. Ramsy was very meticulous in cleaning the room everyday.

Im with my family here staying at copthorne and here we stay in the chalet they have two bedroom with maid room salam so welcoming with us and the kids enjoyed even its so hot the weather today tomorrow will check out hope we book more nights and we plan for this coming holidays
