"Very enjoyable stay at Ramada, my room and the shower room were nice and modern, bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety on offer plus a hot station for waffles, omelettes, and pancakes! Staff are just the best, super friendly and helpful! Was able to check in early, and am so thankful as I had a long flight in! I didn’t get their names but the Filipino woman at the front desk, and the staff in the breakfast room, plus the cleaning staff - all amazed me with their high level of professionalism and helpfulness! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when I visit! Thank you again!"

"Argan Al Bada’a offers a peaceful, clean, and modern stay in a great location. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Easy access to the beach and nearby cafés made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxed experience."

"Accommodation is expensive in Kuwait, so I thought this hotel was worth the price. I found a small beetle on the pillow in the first room I was given, so I thought it might be a bedbug. I wrapped it in tissue and took it to the front desk, and they quickly changed my room. The breakfast was okay. Overall, I wasn't completely satisfied with the hotel, but if you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is fine."

"As I stayed longer, few things slipped. Cost savings are taken to the extreme to the point that only one toiler paper roll is provided. Some reception staff (Egyptian guy and one African lady who was there the last day I checked out) can definitely be improved. They show little friendliness and little flexibility and their tone is not welcoming at all. Things that can be improved at the hotel include: gym being open 24/7 because 8-8 for people on business trips is too limiting. Hotel supplies need to be more generous. Card required activation several times which was annoying. We should also not be signed to not allow guests up, it’s the first hotel in Kuwait that asked me for that. The hotel also doesn’t have a long stay rate and as someone who wanted to stay up to a month and perhaps more, I didn’t get any special treatment. In fact, I was encouraged to leave earlier so they can benefit from the higher eid rates. Hotel has a sign at reception that says we offer later check out (up to 2pm or something). When I asked for a late checkout I was told latest is 1pm because they have other guests waiting! I had requested a scale which the hotel kindly accommodated (albeit it was the wrong type). At reception I kept being asked about it and right before leaving reception lady told the guy who was carrying my luggage to confirm if I left it behind!!! It’s a large weighing machine for bags and I didn’t understand why they thought Id take that with me! Other than fluctuating rates, this remains one of my favourite hotels in Kuwait. Food was beyond amazing although I didn’t like that drinks were ordered separately from the cafe. Room service staff, helpers, and the person who cleaned my room are great. I specifically thank the person who accommodated my request for more water bottles in my room."

"This was a great place to stay at with excellent service. The AC is very good, the staff is kind, and it was very clean and spacious. They have a nice shisha lounge/cafe upstairs which was lovely. Highly recommend."

"Great location, not quite sure why there’s so many negative reviews as the place is affordable and centrally located. Yes the rooms aren’t 5*, but it has everything you need. The bed in my room was really comfy, the shower was hot and with good pressure and let’s face it anything else is a luxury! Only “criticism” would be that as I was located on the front of the property the roads give off a bit of noise but it didn’t bother me too much. What did bother me was that the curtains didn’t fully close so I had to wear an eye mask. Overall though I had a good stay and the hotel kindly arranged a taxi to meet me at the airport, even though I arranged it months in advance they fulfilled it. Great service."
