It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff, Tiki, was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, with a stunning view. The bed was comfortable and clean. I dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was ok. All the staffs here were very friendly and polite. One of the things to take note is the hotel’s location. It is a distance away from downtown but no worries, booking a ride is easy. We stayed here as we are awaiting for other family to arrive. Tiki has provided us excellent recommendations for local dining and activities, which added to the overall experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations made my first trip to China an unforgettable stay. Thank you Tiki. Thank you all the staffs at this hotel.

It is next to a large shopping mall and supermarket. It is close to Haitang Park and 1903. The underground parking lot is also very convenient. The whole home is very clean. The Jimi projection screen is also very easy to use. Very family friendly hotel, great service, beautiful scenarios and delicious breakfast. My kid enjoyed their swimming pools and garden area so much and kept mentioning them after we left. I should also mention that the photography package came along with the hotel reservation was such an excellent deal. Our photographer 梨子 from 恒壹旅拍 was super professional and patient with kids. We are really satisfied with the experience and enjoyed the beautiful photos we got to take home with.
