The environment is elegant and clean. There are disposable items and a smart voice assistant. It is very convenient. It is very close to the mall. The front desk service attitude is better. They patiently answer questions. The room is very warm.

Environment: The transportation is very convenient. It is about 500 to 600 meters away from the subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommended! Hygiene: The room is clean and hygienic. The family room is spacious enough, especially the sofa in the entrance hall. It feels a few levels higher than the previous one. Service: The reception staff is very enthusiastic. We arrived at the hotel before dawn with a soft bag ticket for one person. The front desk receptionist introduced the situation very considerately and let us store our luggage first and check in later. Finally, when we checked out, they also enthusiastically reminded us that we had left something behind (it was originally going to be thrown away, but we forgot to actively explain the situation to the hotel). Facilities: It is a little old for picky people, but we can accept it, after all, it opened in 2014. I will stay here again next time I come back.

The last stop of this trip was from Xishuangbanna to Mangshi and finally to Kunming. Since there was only more than half a day left, we chose to stay at the Four Seasons on the Cloud near the Kunming Botanical Garden. It was already 11:30 in the evening. Walking into the hotel really made people feel at home. The waiters in the hotel were very nice girls and boys, enthusiastic and energetic, and the service was considerate and thoughtful. There was a little hiccup in the middle, because the rental car was found to have scratches, and the service staff patiently called the surveillance camera to help analyze and find it. It turned out that the car rental company did not inform them. In short, just like the name of the hotel, which is romantic and warm, staying here brought a perfect ending to our trip. Four Seasons on the Cloud is a very cost-effective hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here when you have time.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation. It is only a three-minute walk to Tangzixiang subway station. It is also not far from the Old Street and Nanping Street. The breakfast is rich and varied, nutritious and delicious. Because I had to catch a flight early the next morning, I thought of booking a hotel close to the subway entrance. I didn't expect to find such a treasure hotel. The service of the lady at the front desk was also very good. It was the last surprise before leaving Kunming and must be praised.

We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.

✓ Pros: Great location, alot of food and shopping options nearby, convenient, value for money, 24hrs check in. ✓ Cons: cars will not be able to drive in as they are barred from entering old street. Need to walk to train station or main road to take Didi (~5min). The room is a little small. The air conditioning/heater will make noise when it's fan setting is on, for light sleepers it can be irritating, it's like white noise for those who are ok. Only one washer and one dryer, need to wait. Shower drainage also keeps dripping for 5-10mins after using. Will stay again despite everything as they are small inconveniences. Price and location most important.
