Room is compact and neat. Ample parking space. Breakfast is delicious and buffet style. Overall very satisfy to stay at this hotel.

Nice hotel, i love the environment and the bed sooo much. Pillows, blankets and bed are very nice. I took a room with complimentary breakfast. Good location and not really busy since they have their own car park.

The location is strategic and serves its purpose. Amenities are excellent and the breakfast items delicious. We really liked the Laksa Sarawak- the taste is so good. The pineapples and papaya slices are fresh, sweet and savoury. Came across the egg cooker that reminds me of the 80s. So nice to see them again.

The perfect place from which to explore kuching Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. I will certainly be back."

I like this hotel. The room is very big, clean, and cozy. Maybe the only problem is a little bit noised by traffic outside. Until the midnight you will hear the noise. But that will be quiet after midnight. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of option, but still ok. My favorite is laksa sarawak, is the best! I will definitely come back again.

Overall everything was good.

The hotel should change the mattress and pillow covers after other customers check-in cause there's still a musty smell. Atleast spray a bit perfume or febreze or something to get rid of the smell. And the shower head should be replaced. That's from my point of view. but I don't even care actually. Hehe

I had a great stay at Lot 10 Boutique Hotel. The place was well-maintained with excellent cleanliness, making for a comfortable experience. The location is also quite good, offering a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The only minor issue was the shower room’s glass panel—it lets in quite a bit of light to the bed area when the bathroom lights are on before sleeping. The only way to avoid this is by turning off all the lights and relying on the outside light as a bedside option. Also, it would be great if the washroom door was lockable from the inside for added privacy. One other thing to note is that the breakfast menu options were quite limited. A bit more variety would make the experience even better. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it for those looking for a clean and relaxing place to stay.
