Good hotel to stay in D.R.Congo. A very good and friendly team.

It was a very pleasant experience in Kinshasa. The place is new, and everything is amazing. Very clean, very friendly staff, and the service is outstanding.

This hotel is one of the best in kinshsa. I stayed at Memling Rotana Beatrice Pulman and was really deceived. At Hilton the staff are great. The room clean. I felt like I was staying at hilton in th USA. I recomand this hotel to any one who come to DRC KINSHASA. At Hilton just ask Mr. Zakhary the guest manager. He is a gift for this hotel. He went beyound his expectation and made sure that I was satisfy. Great job

I'm Zulkuf Kurum, a Hilton Diamond member. Hilton Kinshasa has become like my home. I have been staying here for about 7-8 months. I have become friends with almost all the employees and managers. They solved the minor problems that occurred during my stay very quickly. Their first priority is definitely customer satisfaction. There is a very special person among the staff for me, IMANE LOQMANE. Imane is very friendly and very hardworking. I am very glad that I met her. Every time she sees me at the hotel she asks me if I need anything. If I need anything she helps me immediately. I thank her very much for that.

Our server @LaVue bar Grace Bufulu was exceptional. Respectful, attentive, and timely. Food was phenomenal. The balcony view from bar plus the fresh air was exceptional. Great servers and good.We look forward to coming back. See you soon 💋

I was three weeks at the Hilton and I have to say it is an excellent hotel extremely comfortable with amazing staff. The gym which I used a lot was great plenty of weights, equipment, running machines and bicycles. The pool area, which was not very busy was also great with a view of the Congo river. The room is a good size with a huge bathroom. Comfort and cleanliness was top-notch. Only small complaint was the price of the food in the hotel but Kinshasa is not a cheap place. I wished that there was more English language channels, but we're in Africa so it is what it is. Would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was good each morning and use of the executive lounge was nice. The gym is clean and has plenty of machines/weights, etc. and while I did not use it, the pool looked well kept.

It was a wonderful experience starting with my booking online and calling in to provide my arrival time. Abdul the Director of Front Office was meticulous and very helpful. My interaction with him was seamless and helpful which extended to the Team at the front desk. James was great to interact with and very efficient in his work. The rooms were pleasantly prepared and the service throughout my stay was perfect. I will surely be returning.

Hello Everyone This is my third trip in Hilton Kinshasa in 2024 . This is one of best services hotel ever i visited I been to over 53 countries and it’s expensive but best. Hotel manager Mr Abdul Rehman was best in services and i give him seven star in service and I loved it when he remember my name . Than i met Mr Murphy and he was in front desk and he was always available for services . I met Gloria in Excective lounge supervisor and she only comes on sunday and she is five star service waiter . I wish i get services like gloria gove in executive lounge but unfortunately she comes on Sunday only. I recommend to stay in hilton kinshasa.

Very nice hotel, professional personnel, very helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice. The rooms are roomy, bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good, personnel very helpful and kind especialy Mrs. Helva, very nice and polite. Thank you for a nice stay
