I am a family traveler who booked a stay during Chinese New Year. Three days before check-in, customer service called and informed me that there was a double booking in their system. They offered me two options:
1. Accept their offer to move to Nidoz Residence.
2. Cancel the booking and receive a refund.
Due to limited options and time constraints, I was forced to accept the first option, as we were traveling with kids, and finding an alternative within two days would be difficult.
However, Nidoz Residence was far below standard, with a strong, unpleasant odor upon entering the unit and an overall dirty environment. Although the building was newly completed in 2019, its condition did not meet expectations.
I'm sure their millerz residence would be up to the standard as I had stayed in that place for few times and satisfied but just the alternative need more improvement.
P/S: I enclosed one of the collapsing curtains in one of the rooms, one of the few major problems with the unit
