Kamarnya sangat luas dan sangat nyaman, dilengkapi dengan perlengkapan mandi. Tempat tidurnya sangat lebar dan sangat nyaman. Namun, kamar kecil tidak memiliki jendela dan saklar ada di pintu lampu di pintu dan kemudian pergi tidur dalam kegelapan.

Lokasinya bagus, ada supermarket di lantai bawah, 15-20 menit berjalan kaki ke Menara Kembar. Ini adalah gedung apartemen. Lobi berada di bilik kecil sekitar 6 meter persegi di tempat parkir di lantai tiga lantai. Seharusnya perusahaan pengelola apartemen, mungkin pemilik kedua. Artinya, sewa beberapa unit dan sewakan sebagai B&B. Kamar masing-masing perusahaan mungkin tidak menyatu atau bahkan di lantai yang sama atau jam 10 malam, Anda harus check-in sendiri. Pemilik kedua akan mengirimkan video untuk mendapatkan kartu kamar Anda. Tapi tidak ada video untuk masuk ke lift, karena setelah mendapatkan kartu kamar, ada dua ruang lift. Untung saat kami tiba sekitar jam 11 malam, ada staf yang memeriksa kami tetapi mengganti kamar sebelumnya dan tirai kamar baru rusak. Pintu lemari rusak dan tidak bisa dibuka. Ketika saya menghubunginya keesokan harinya, ada anggota staf lain yang tidak mengatakan apa-apa. Saya meminta air kepadanya dan dia tidak mengatakan apa-apa. Saya melaporkannya ke Ctrip. Setelah berkomunikasi dengannya, Ctrip memberi tahu Mineral ini air hanya akan diberikan pada hari pertama check-in, tetapi setelah itu tidak akan ada minuman gratis. Saya memuji Ctrip. Setelah check-in di hotel luar negeri, bantuan komunikasi sangat tepat waktu dan efisiensinya relatif tinggi. Interior kamar sama dengan di foto, dekorasi oke, kelihatannya relatif baru, AC-nya cukup, ada crawler di dinding, mungkin karena iklim di Asia Tenggara dan tidak ada sandal. Disarankan membawa perlengkapan mandi sendiri. Waktu check-out jam 11 pagi, jika waktunya tiba, akan ada staf yang datang untuk memeriksa kamar malam pertama. Sikap keseluruhannya bagus dan dia tersenyum. Disarankan untuk memanggil mobil terlebih dahulu saat berangkat. Bagasi tidak diperbolehkan di lobi di lantai satu apartemen.

I had a pleasant stay at Pavilion Embassy KLCC. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, making the whole process hassle-free. The location is excellent — easy access to everywhere I needed to go, with a mart and even Luckin Coffee right below the apartment, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that the air-conditioning in the master bedroom wasn’t strong enough, which made the room a little less comfortable compared to the rest of the apartment. Aside from that, everything else was great and I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend for those looking for a well-located and easy stay in KL.

Shot vacation with my family. I love to stay again but pls train your receptionist . Before check in must pay myr 200 for deposit. After check out the reception like Bangladesh/Nepalese refused to give the deposit cuz have stain on the bedsheet. I’m already explained just my daughter choc milk can use detergents but he laugh. Why you laugh isn’t funny? Where your manner as a reception? We always clean the bedsheet in our room just ok only baby milk not very difficult to clean! In the bath tub have a lot hair my wife clean by herself pls clean & check your 🛀 at the water trap! Overall we enjoy to stay here! Kids friendly airbnb! Hope you can check better for cleanliness.

Value for money. There’s a supermarket and eateries downstairs. Smooth check-in and check-out process.

The room facility & location is very good, only the toilet no clean enough.

It's always our priority to stay here whenever we are visiting Kuala Lumpur. Very convenient for family staying together in one place rather than separately in different rooms

There's no sign of TOWER C which is the chwkc in tower, just need to ask the staff around, and is the third building. Overall value for money. Smooth chwkc in and check out process. Need to contact staff in advance to getting QR code for car park entrance.

Hotel bagus.clean.view cantik. tapi kenapa cek in 3pm cek out 11am.. toooooooo rushing. Pool best.anak2 enjoy.. definitely will come again!
