We actually did not spend much time due the business meetings. The hotel surrounding was nice. Many shops and restaurants nearby and parks for walking. Room was spacious and clean. Good for business travelers. The noodle bar for breakfast looked very nice but due to we had morning tea meeting, we were not able to try it.

The hotel is in a great location, with a shopping mall downstairs and a beautiful environment. You can see the mountain view when you open the curtains. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel service attitude is very good, special thanks to Xiaoyu at the kiosk, and there is a robot to deliver to your door. I will continue to stay here! ! 酒店地理位置不错，楼下就是商场，环境优美，拉开窗帘就是山景色，房间干净舒适，酒店前台小宇服务态度非常好，还有机器人外卖送上门，会继续入住!!

Good place to stay

Songshan Lake is really the best place for leisure, cycling and camping in the Greater Hong Kong, Macao and Guangdong Bay Area. It is also very popular. When the weather is good, there are a lot of people and cars. This hotel is in a prime location and is very close to Songshan Lake. And the hotel is next to Vankeli Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for traveling, eating, drinking and having fun. It is very friendly to families who drive themselves. It shares an underground parking lot with Vankeli, and guests staying in the hotel can park for free🅿. The hotel itself is designed with a sense of technology, simple and fashionable. It is not high-end but clean and neat. The overall environment is very good. Luo Yu at the front desk is very kind and has a very good smile. What is worth exaggerating is that the hotel’s buffet is very good and cost-effective. There is a children’s playground (although it is not big) and a gym. Especially pet-friendly, many people stay with their pets and eat in the restaurant. Vankeli is just outside the hotel, and there is a large lawn and a small canal suitable for children to play. You can camp (you can rent camping equipment on site if you don’t bring your own equipment), there are slides and seesaws, you can fish on the water🎣, and you can also paddle a drop board. Although they are all MINI types, they are very suitable for families with young children and have a lot of fun. You can spend a whole day here without going to Songshan Lake. I will stay here next time.

The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and there are bicycles for rent. Since we didn't go to the restaurant for breakfast, Xiao Zeng even gave yogurt to our family. Enjoy the late check-out and rest for a while at noon. The check-out procedure is simple, convenient and fast, and Xiaoying at the front desk provides good service! Overall, it is a relatively satisfactory stay experience!

You don’t have to go out on rainy days during Qingming Festival, and you can do activities in the hotel. - There is a children’s activity room and a gym on the 3rd floor, which are suitable for guests of different ages. The only suggestion is that the children’s activity room is a bit small. The football table and small billiard table in it are fun, but it is a bit difficult to use, which may cause safety hazards. It is recommended to keep the entertainment facilities but adjust the location slightly. 4. **Breakfast**: Rich in variety, good taste, and a good overall experience. 5. **Service**: The service staff are all very good, especially the cleaning lady, the front desk lady Xiao Li, and the restaurant Xiao Zeng.
