PROS: *Beautiful pool and lovely pool staff who are so helpful. *lovely customer service everywhere. *Highlight was the two little convenience stores to purchases snacks and alcohol. *Nice big balcony with chairs *Amazing Moijtos CONS: *Definitely not 5* as we came from Naman and The Sheraton which are true 5* hotels. Is fine though for a new nights and cheaper. *Damp smell in the room and coridors *Loud Aircon we couldn't use as kept thumping all night so we had to sleep with the door open and this was noisy having a baby. *Korean BBQ was soooo expensive and uncomfortable. They have ladies waiting outside and they all walk you in and then you get inside there I was like 9 more people waiting and no customers. They all stare at you. We left due to the outrageous price but also just uncomfortable. *Cash deposit required at check in. We would not stay here again and wish we had just stayed at the Sheraton but the staff are lovely and it's not the worst place I have stayed ever to be fair.

We were traveling with a 4months baby and it was a lovely stay! The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was great! Would recommend and will stay agin for sure.

Nice swimming pool. And it was just besides the beach. My kid loves it so much despite the cool weather. Great for family stay.

Resort hotel with cozy tropical style environment, swimming pool is the best, long and twist shape sharpen the design of the pool, trees everywhere give a green feel, buffet breakfast is ok, not great food but acceptable, photos show the breakfast restaurant and the outdoor seating, so cozy

The hotel is beautiful and well maintain. The pool, gardens and beach are stunning! Room is super big and confortable. The only disappointed thing for us was the food options, there were 4 restaurants, 2 Korean, 1 Chinese and 1 Vietnamise with some western options, but just a few. Breakfast was good but also many asian options for eating and not to much western ones. Staff is super nice and always willing to help and make your stay better. The beach is beautiful and calm! Not many options for going out or dinner near the hotel, but you can take a gran and will be in the busy zone in less than 10 minutes. We will choose it again for sure!

The room was very comfortable. The hotel's own beach and casino are just a short walk away. Not too close or too far from the city center.

We were travelling by cruise ship and decided to spend a night in DaNang for more touring time. They had our paid reservation and would not give us a room and would not give us our money back either. The cruise ship held our passports but we had a picture on our phone and immigration was done on the ship and they gave us a paper indicating same. The hotel would not accept this paper issued by their government and would not accept the copy of our passport. They would not give us our money back because it was less than 48hr notice. We weren’t the ones cancelling, they would not give us a room. Management refused to come and speak with us. We were not only denied a fully paid for room but not given our money. Very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel is its swimming pool and private beach. The staff is not accommodating. The hotel is old, and it doesn’t have a good restaurant. And because of that, you will need to order food from outside; in our experience, it’s been worse because they even don’t like Grab delivery guys to get in the hotel to deliver our food. They stopped him at the gate and even asked him to take off his Grab uniform. How rude! The management really needs to have professional development training in giving good service. The location is far from everything. There are much better hotels than this. How sad. We like Crown Plaza, but this Crown Plaza in Danang is the worst ever.

Beautiful hotel true 5 star hotel the photos don’t do it justice looks even better in real life Shame the weather was cooler when we stayed and couldn’t swim in the amazing pool as it was too cold

Room on level 8 smelled very very badly of smoke. Guests were checked in at 2am and were extremely loud. When I had booked my hotel it was ~10 dollars more expensive per night, compared to when I checked in. Had trouble with price matching due to a voucher used. Wouldn’t recommend using trip.com for booking the hotel

It was a wonderful journey, however during the low season not all their restaurants are open. Their staff is super helpful.
