Ulasan Zhangjiajie Shuixuan Inn (West High-speed Railway Station)

Clean and well organized, however the shared bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor. The area was nice and the rooms were well kept. Highly recommend!

Very clean hotel and room, the location is perfectly closed to the railway station. Everything is brand new and works perfectly. Just a misunderstood about the room but the owner was really nice and tried her best to made the things sort it out 🙂

Room is about 15mins walking distance from ZJJ west station. Very conveniently located if you are taking early train to city like Chongqing. Room was clean, new and comfortable. Lady boss upgraded my room to one with attached toilet. Very nice of her. It’s located at one of the condominium block. Enter from the carpark, keep right to the lift lobby and take to level 2. I took public bus 17 to 72 奇楼 for dinner. Took me only abt 10mins. Will come back again!

The main asset of this hotel is to be located near the Zhangjiajie railway station, about 10 min walking distance

The hostel is within easy walking distance from the train station. The room although small is clean and comfortable, the owners especially the granny auntie is very helpful and friendly giving tips on how to take bus 17 to the various tourist destinations like 72 places, Tianmen mountain cable car. They have a variety of different rooms, Very suitable for all kinds of travelers !

The Hotel is very close to the train station (10min walk.) It was quite clean.

For future foreign guests that don't speak the language: Better ask a local on the street to find the entrance, as you have to enter through an underground parking lot. Also prepare for the front desk to be empty and having to call one of the numbers written on the wall. Also, this was the first hotel to not support my European Type C adapter, but this was to be expected and rentable power banks are provided. The room itself was decent and clean, my biggest complaint is by far the unnecessarily hard mattress, which essentially gave me the feeling like I was sleeping on the floor. Also it would have been nice to have more than just a face towel. The location close to the station was convenient, but I was also far off the city center, so I would probably go with another place in Zhangjiajie next time.

Great stay! Close to the railway station (15 min walk). You need to use the underground parking to enter the hotel in the 2F so be aware of it. Room was clean and quiet.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - first of all it’s not even easy to find, we had to ask a local from the shop further down (using a translation app) where it was, he then took us through the basement car park to the elevator. When we arrived inside the hotel the lady at the desk didn’t even seem to know what was going on, I again used a translation app and showed her the booking reference but she just kept laughing … eventually she got this guy to come up and he had my name on his phone but yeah just a very strange experience. Then she took us to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell of cigarette smoke like it smelt so bad. The mattresses are like something you’d get in a prison just rock solid and uncomfortable. No hot water so we didn’t even bother getting showers plus we’d only been provided with face towels (not even hand towels). Literally the only good thing about this place is how close it is to the train station.

Been looking for a hotel close to the west train station. Just 5 minutes walking distance. Nice clean rooms and 20 min taxi ride to the city center

Very near the train station but not the easiest to find. The room is small but ok. But the bathroom is shared and you shower in the toilets. Plus there wasn't anyone at the reception when I arrived

All good but no luxury to be honest. The entrance has to be found in a parking lot

Good place to stay if you need to catch a train from the nearby station the next day.

The manager was waiting for me outside the apartment so it was easy to check in. She also helped with with dinner and breakfast and get the bus to wulingyuan. The room itself was clean and it is definitely value for money for a single person! Would recommend.
