Poor hygiene, dirty place, floor board were ripped, shower head was broken, dirty walls and washing machine was loud. It’s about lie lie lie from the owner about the reviews. Totally gutted as we were looking forward for a family time at KL, my kids were sick from gastro during the stay as we paid upfront its not refundable we had to put up until early checked out. This place should not be allowed to advertise anywhere in case anyone to fall in to the same situation as us. Our holiday turned out to a nightmare, having to look after the sick kids and attended wedding with gastro. It’s very bad experience travelling all the way to KL for this. So please banned this place from advertising elsewhere. I hope I read the TripAdvisor before booking . Totally nightmare for us travelling to Malaysia.

We were deeply dissatisfied with the condition of the apartment. The towels and bed linen were stained and appear dirty. The master bathroom had an unbearable odour that wouldn’t go away, and the shower height could not be adjusted. Additionally, there was a large hole in the wall near the second bedroom at floor level. Overall, the apartment was in an unacceptable state. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was closed for 2 out of the 3 days we had booked and no one informed us of this in advance, despite it being a key reason for choosing this property. Given these issues, we actually left the booking early and only stayed one night.

This hotel is very terrible. I booked this hotel on Nov. 28 for the stay 18-20 Dec. I tried to cancel the stay within 12 hours but the hotel refused the request. The Chinese site provided 0 review. Whatsapp not helpful at ALL. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The staff on the whatsapp tried to deny their terrible reviews score on tripadvisor and asked me to double check. This place is awful. Try your best to avoid this place.

the host writes the reviews himself. He does this by logging in with your booking number and creating the reviews himself. location is great with beautiful views. The apartment is not clean and the beds are bad. Pests also present. The apartment is a bit outdated. the host is difficult to reach.

They cancelled my booking 12 hours before arrival. Which was my partners 50th present leaving me unbelievably stuck financially finding alternative accommodation. But I accept, if there was maintenance issues and they couldn't honour the booking, it was out of their hands. What I can not accept is the "shutters down" follow up regarding my considerate refund! . Despite countless emails, messages and phone calls they have ignored me at every step. So I guess I can only surmise they have stolen my money. Well done 👏 absolute disgrace of a business. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE MONEY

The reservation was cancelled one hour before checkin! Nu help with finding an alternatieve. It was booked months ahead and left us standing at the airport at 23.00 hours and a 16 hours flight. Luckely we had a great taxidriver who was very helpfull in finding a new appartement.

We have been repeating staying here everytime we are in KL. What we love about the suite ? 1) spacious 3 bedroom apartment that can accomodate 7-8 pax 2) convenient access on public transport 3) walking distance to some famous place in KL. Ie KL Tower, KLCC, Pavilion & Bukit Bintang 4) near to a famous foodie place in KL, Kampung Baharu. Just a 5 mins walk

This property cancelled our booking after we had rung and told them we would be late due to unexpected flight delays. They had said ok. Upon arrival they would not meet us at reception or return any calls to check us in . After over 2 hours of waiting we were forced to walk down the road to find somewhere to stay. This property does not care about people but only money. They did not honor our booking and left us high and dry - particularly stressful after a 10 hour delay. I would not recommend staying here as the service is terrible and there are so many other respectable and decent properties nearby.

What you see in the various websites is NOT what you get in reality. The apartments are filthy. The bedsheets are stained. There is no equipment in the kitchen and the chairs are broken. Use towels at your own peril. Yes it is very well located and I can see it is very popular with large families but really.. the maintenance leave a lot to be desired. The check in process is led by work permit foreigners who look as if they are working a second job. No etiquette, poor English, multiple handphones and no eye contact. This is a classic case where packaging is everything. Swanky location and lobby but it ends right there. But if you want a place to sleep for the night while you explore the city then I guess it is alright. The location allows you to walk to the nearby malls and clubs.
