Good location, but breakfast is simple

Hello We arrived at the hotel yesterday afternoon and it's just a very, very low level hotel and the service here is horrible We entered the room and the refrigerator did not work, someone came to check and said they would call me back from the reception - no one came back!! I did a test and it turns out that the refrigerator only works when the room's card is inserted I went down to the lobby and explained to her what the problem was and she gave me another card that would be in its place in a permanent room. I asked for the cleaners to be updated and she said no problem. This morning, I again informed them that they would not issue the card and they said that I would not worry. I came back at 15:00, the cleaners took the card and all the drinks that were in the fridge were warmed up. I went downstairs and the receptionist didn't know what to answer me, I asked for a cold drink - did they bring me ice??!! I turned to the manager and she didn't know what to say either and didn't bring me at least something cold to drink, only ice In addition, after cleaning the room - we didn't clear the pizza tray from the night, they didn't add toilet paper and there is no tissue in the room - shame!!! It is not a hotel with a score 4.5 stars maybe 2 star only

Having read reviews I just think I ended up in a totally different hotel. The rooms were ok (beds a bit soft and a double was just two singles pushed together). Had two rooms — one was made up the other wasn’t. No big deal but inconsistent. Booked breakfast but it was poor and to be honest overly expensive. There was hardly any choice, and what was available looked so unappetising. We were there for two nights so hoped it would be better the following day - it wasn’t. Bar staff were not very helpful when we went for a drink and as customers we did not feel that welcome. Loved Krakow, felt welcome in bars around hotel but on a return trip will stay elsewhere.

Fabulous hotel in the Bohemian Jewish quarter. Great room , super friendly staff and a good breakfast. The Jewish quarter is a hive of activity with a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The place was lively in the evenings and we weren't there at the weekend

we stayed 4 nights in this hotel, all staff young and very polite and made us feel very welcome. it is right in the middle of the Old Jewish quarter and great walks all around to go see so much history. I would stay here again. would book a different room but all in all a lovely experience with very nice staff.

Great!! Everything was perfect! Fantastic location! Very good restaurant; the breakfast is also fantastic! The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is welcoming! I like it so much! The rooms are spacious, well equipped and always very clean.
