Good hotel. very delicious breakfast. Location is a little far from the center

Positive: The room was decent sized, fairly clean. The free breakfast was not bad. Negative: Can't lock the bathroom door, clogged shower, slow receptionist. The breakfast can get quite busy and people run into each other a lot due to not great flowline planning.

Located a bus journey into Konstanz. They only run every 30 mins at the weekend which can be a little annoying. Nowhere to eat near the hotel, but many options in the town. Hotel was clean with good sized rooms. Great breakfast buffet.

The location is not so central but the bus stop is located a few steps from the hotel. And for people who love to stretch their legs like we do, you can walk to the center maybe aprroximately 30 minutes. The room was clean and got the basic things that we need. The buffet is enough and decent. In our second day of stay there was a lady who went inside our room without even knocking. She is bringing some fresh towels. Maybe she was mistaken but it is MANDATORY that she knocks before coming inside any room. Btw, we did not order for fresh towels.

Very nice hotel. Truly recommended for everyone.

Good value for money

離租車點很近，在工業區，周邊吃的倒是不少，也有超市。早餐不錯，白人飯不要期待什麼。房間略小，蟲子多勿開窗。雖然臨路，但不吵。

Es war sauber und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten dieses Mal unseren Hund dabei, lief alles super. Der Flammkuchen war sehr lecker.

不錯，和斯圖加特的一樣的房型，但大很多，服務態度也好，幾分鐘可以走到博登湖邊，就是德國住的酒店停車費都好貴，這裏一晚16歐

早餐很好，旁邊有棟專門的付費停在樓停車很方便。房間的不足是沒有小桌子，衹能坐在床上打電腦。The breakfast is good, and there is a dedicated payable parking building next to the hotel, which is very convenient for parking. The short back of the room is that there is no small table, so one can only sit on the bed and use the computer.

家庭房空間可以，酒店早餐廳很大，停車場在對面公共區域，需要付費，早餐還是比較豐富的，酒店出行比較方便，離開瑞士口岸很近的

一星都不想給，入住體驗非常差，但還是對環境和衞生做了如實評價。 入住當晚孩子洗澡洗一半沒熱水，聯繫前台，維修人員過來檢查了一下，等半天説可以到別的房間洗澡，雖然挺不方便的，但也接受了，結果別的房間也沒熱水，又等了半天，説全酒店都沒熱水，晚上洗不了澡了，等明早休。當晚值班人員態度挺好的，表示歉意，説明早可以聯繫他們經理溝通compensation，雖然比較窩火，10點多折騰到近12點也沒洗上澡，但也沒有更好的解決辦法，衹能先休息。 第二天一早溝通經理，應該是早知道這件事了，説他決定不了compensation，直接給了個名片讓聯繫hotel manager，這也就罷了，我説這種全酒店都沒熱水的事兒不應該發生在希爾頓這種酒店吧，那經理直接反問説“你説不應該是什麼意思？這種事會發生的，東西壞了，我們今早休了，這是normal的”聽到他覺得這種事很normal，全程 沒有一句sorry，覺得沒有溝通下去的必要，如果酒店是這種認知，我衹能説以後會盡量避免預訂，太雷人了！！！ 需要表揚的是攜程，本來這件事兒跟攜程沒啥關係，但是溝通後積極處理，最後居然他們給了一些補償金。
