Solanki Guest House

My recent stay at Solanki Guest House, Azad Chauk, Kolhapur was incredibly disappointing. Despite a confirmed advance booking for my elderly parents, the hotel gave away their reserved room to a large group of people who arrived later. The lack of reliability in their reservation policy left us frustrated and inconvenienced. The hotel ***ager Sangram Ashok Solanki did offer a refund, but this experience has severely impacted our trust in their service.I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing Solanki Guest House based on my experience. The unreliability of their reservation policy and the inconvenience caused to my elderly parents is a major concern. It’s important to prioritize reliable and trustworthy hotels that prioritize the needs of their guests.

I suggest, if anyone planning to stay there then pls choose sm gud hotel. Don't just relay on feedbacks. I had a very bad experience on 8th July 23. We were on the way to kolhapur wen I called on the number given to book 2 rooms. The ***ager of the guest house told me it's available n told to reach hotel directly. Wen we reached hotel the staff on the counter told us dat rooms r full n if we want he can offer us 2 rooms widout toilet bathroom. I got so irritated. Had an argument wid with ***ager. Bcoz of dis we had to search for another hotel at midnight. Very poor service.
