Everything was what I expected to be. The desk manager at the time I arrived was very polite and very kind. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

My room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke the whole time I was there, and the toilet flush kept coming apart. The staff was fine & the bed was comfortable, but it was very inconvenient for anyone wanting to get into Knoxville every day (Lyft & Uber required 15-20 minute waits), and the only place to eat in walking distance was a Waffle House that was 3/4's of a mile away. I don't think I'll stay there again.

stay over night when attending a concert at civic . Was looking for something that was close by, but those were ridiculous overpriced for just a place to sleep. This was very well priced and with in 10 min drive. which was great since it was raining. the room was clean except for left over beer bottles from previous stay. found plastic ring that "dropped" out of ice machine.

The floors of the rooms do not appear to get swept regularly (including under the bed where I saw trash). Lots of cobwebs near ceilings and floors. Rooms are not very soundproof as I could hear every noise in the hallway and room next door.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, conveniently located, well priced, love the updated bathrooms with walk in showers!!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Hotel can use lots of upgrading. Elevator smelled like it was sprayed with pesticide. Beds are too high for older short people. No breakfast and coffee in the lobby was not good.

It was a really good stay. There was a dead rat in the parking lot but that was the only thing i could say needed to be better.

Very clean and convenient, especially for the price. No frills for sure, but a good value

Skip this place entirely. There isn’t enough space to share what was wrong.

We had body fluid stains in different areas in two different rooms

It was a nice stay. Staff was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little dated and the paint of a couple of walls and all the entrance doors need to be painted and maintained, but those are just esthetic issues. Vending machines don’t take credit cards so being cash only is an inconvenience.

Front desk person was pleasantish upon check in. Too was decent when we arrived. However, several cockroaches were in our room when we woke up the next morning. Hopefully none got in our open suitcase that was on the floor.

Comfortable room. Loud patrons in a nearby room and loud noises in parking lot in the middle of the night.

O I spilled something on the floor and went to clean it up with the white towel. The towel ended up black from dirty floor. There was dried feces on the toilet paper. When we went to go into the bathroom for the first time I had to take that off the bedspread had hold us in it and if you need pictures of two of the items, the floor and the toilet paper I have them. Thank you.
