the location is great. you can walk to 壹方天地 around 15 to 20 minutes. the room is clean. i had a great time at this hotel. I will stay here again in the future. I highly recommend you guys to check it out.

The hotel is located 15 minutes from Exit B of Longhua Station. The distance is quite far. It is recommended to take a taxi. There are restaurants, massage parlors nearby, RT-Mart supermarket across the street, and a No. 7 Warehouse export shirt shop next to it.

The rooms are new and clean, the front desk staff are nice and friendly, and there is a robot to deliver food, which is convenient and fast. There is a massage on the 3rd floor downstairs, perfect for those who don’t want to do it but want to have a massage!

The business king room I booked doesn't face the subway, so it's a little quieter. Although there's still some traffic noise downstairs, it's within an acceptable range. It's a ten-minute walk to the subway station. The facilities are relatively new, the customer service and cleaning lady are very good, the price is right, there's a robot to deliver the food, and the breakfast is not perfunctory. I'm willing to stay here again next time.

Advantages: 1. Quiet. The room I was assigned was not facing the road. I could hardly hear the outside noise when I closed the window. 2. The room facilities were not outdated. 3. The service staff had a good attitude. Disadvantages: 1. As soon as you enter the door, you can smell a fragrant and smelly smell, a bit like foot odor (?) 2. It opened in 2023, but the air conditioner already has a sour smell. It is estimated that it has not been cleaned or not cleaned properly. 3. The bathroom door is designed to be magnetic. It will be very loud if it is closed tightly. At night, you can hear the "gong" door closing next door.
