The electronic door key was broken for 3 different rooms, so I could not and did not stay there , I demanded a full refund but was told I needed to contact the 3rd party vendor meaning you “ trip.com”. Very disappointed and I want my $40 refund from you now please.

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was dirty. I felt unsafe. I pushed the table and chairs up against the door for protection. There were pills that had been dropped on the floor that I noticed when I moved the table. It was clear they had not vacuumed the floor.

Terrible cleaning the days I was there they never cleaned, apart from they say that breakfast and the only thing there is is some waffles to prepare where it is very dirty the pool is dirty I don't recommend it

the place is a great value for the area. some of the "long stay" tenants were overreaching [sooo much canibis smoke] however friendly and quiet after 10 pm.
the staff was EXCEPTIONAL. I mean SOOOOOOO GOOODDDDDD.
the towels could use a decade update
and the finishings in the room could use some TLC --it was clean but rusty towel rods and very limited lights and outlets were a small challenge.
overall avg for the money good deal

I wasn't able to stay here due to flight delays and they ignored every single one of my messages. ******* did their best to get in contact but they never replied. Lost out on a lot of money.

Area around the rooms on second floor strong urine smell. Strained bed sheets and covers, cockroaches. Room 225. Otherwise property looked well kept, staff courteous and helpful

The stay was terrible running water on the floor from
Bath tube leaking. Roaches are a thing there. Rooms. smell on entry. Roommates don’t work to tv at times. Front desk never picks up. Breakfast is some bull just oj and waffles. Staff be snobby but I don’t know why they working for this bogus place. Card keys don’t work most the time. No place to wash and dry smh.

They room they remodel they not bad at all, but a**osphere was around hotel lobby, elevator was dirty, they need to pressure wash around and paint hotels outside. Also they Spanish lady from the front desk she was so rude and unprofessional.
