As a business hotel and a hotel far from the city, the charges are quite expensive, the facilities are very basic, and the hotel staff are not very enthusiastic. Kinmen is still a great place to travel. Will come again next time.

Very clean, friendly service, home feeling, convenient transportation, not far from the pier, Ever Chang is also very close. If I have the opportunity to go to Kinmen again, I will stay here again.

The room is relatively new, but no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers are provided. This is a bit inappropriate. I checked in very late and had no slippers to wear. I had to go barefoot.

It's a good choice for business trips, but the transportation in Kinmen is inconvenient. It is recommended to rent a car by yourself, or ask the hotel to arrange a taxi. There are snacks provided in the evening, but not much~

Very clean, fast service, limited breakfast options

Stayed one night on my way back to Taiwan from Xiamen. Overall cleanliness and friendly service. The only downside is that I originally booked this room because it provided a bathtub, and my kids love taking a bath. But when I arrived, I found that it was an electric water heater, and the water turned cold when it was 1/3 full. So the bathtub has become a decoration. I thought it was just a one-day stay, so forget it. But I would still recommend improvements

Hardware equipment is okay. Because it advocates environmental protection, it is understandable that it states that it does not provide disposable supplies. However, the hotel must at least provide reusable supplies, such as slippers that can be used after disinfection. Without disposable slippers, it is impossible to bring slippers when going out. ? The male counter staff said he would provide slippers later, but he delayed. When he came back from the house, he said he would wait to bring them to the room. After waiting for almost half an hour, no one was seen. In the end, he went downstairs to get them himself. He could have given them to the customer when he turned around and entered the office. It's quite frustrating to have guests have to go upstairs and wait for half an hour before coming back down to get it.

The room is quite big, and the bed is also quite big. The overall facilities are OK. But the service needs to be followed up. ********* friends are very warm and polite. The service attitude of the hotel is relatively indifferent.

The first floor is equipped with a small LOBBY. There is a group sofa and a staff counter restaurant. It is also a relatively large area on the first floor. Breakfast cannot be used in a five-star or four-star hotel. The breakfast is fresh and filling. The room is spacious. I like the bed to be firm. I feel satisfied that if I want to use the water dispenser, it is inconvenient to go to the second floor of the basement to get it.

The room we stayed in was a family room, which was very large and had enough space for about 4-5 suitcases to be fully spread out. The housekeeping staff also kept our room super clean! In addition to the sink in the bathroom, there is also a sink in the room, which is very convenient for washing dishes or fruits. The bathroom mirror has a thoughtful vanity light. However, the shower head seems a bit difficult to fix. There is a late night snack - biscuits and soup. In this windy season, it is very comfortable to have a bowl. The breakfast is buffet style, with many and rich items. You will be full every day! It is a pity that the booking page states "Toothbrushes and toothpaste will not be provided", but they are still provided on site. I hope that we can continue to implement the spirit of sustainability and not provide disposable supplies.

For breakfast, there are slight changes every day, and there is also Cantonese porridge in Kinmen. The quality control of the food is very good and it is delicious. In addition, they also provide simple midnight snacks in the evening, which is really good~ Even when we were waiting to rest in the lobby on the first floor after checking out on the last day, the lady at the counter kindly asked us if we wanted mineral water and gave us 4 bottles. The service is really very good!
