"I came to Golden Gate for 3 days because of important things, but I was lucky to live in this great homestay. The antique triad, the double room with a private bathroom, washing machine, and perfect equipment. The boss & the proprietress tried their best to meet the needs of the guests, and cleaned the environment very clean and tidy. Service includes: free pick-up and drop-off, free breakfast. The breakfast is super delicious, it is a fresh sugar-free soy milk, local steamed buns, meat buns, and even 3 days of eating. I really recommend everyone to choose this homestay when you go to Golden Gate 😁"

I even made a special trip to Little Kinmen this time, and I got to eat and buy everything I wanted! Perfect!"

"I stayed at Dongyidianhong B&B for two nights, and thinking back, my heart is still warmed. The owners were like kind elders in the neighborhood—not talkative, but always considerate. Every day before we left, they would thoughtfully remind us to bring water and be careful about sun protection. What touched me most was on the day I was leaving. Because of the heat, I accidentally suffered heatstroke and felt dizzy. Without hesitation, the owner personally drove me to the hospital, constantly checking on me the whole way. Encountering such kindness in a foreign land is truly unforgettable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very quiet. If you come to Kinmen and want more than just a room, but a place to stay with warmth and hospitality, this is the place for you. Thank you for your hospitality; I will definitely come again!"

"This was by far the most comfortable experience in Kinmen! Hai Yuan Zi isn't just by the sea, but also super close to Kinmen Bridge, so we enjoyed the bridge's light show every night from the comfort of our room. Getting to Jincheng Township was also a breeze. I especially loved how spacious the room was; every single item, from the floor tiles to the lights, mirrors, and even the bathroom wall tiles, showcased the owner's impeccable taste and thoughtfulness. Plus, laundry was so convenient with a large drying area. It really felt like a hotel in terms of quality, but with the warm, personal touch of a B&B. Thank you, Hai Yuan Zi, for a wonderful vacation! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the breakfast! They offer local specialties, and I chose the Cantonese congee. It was even better than Yongchun, with a fragrant shallot oil and what I believe were the best fried dough sticks from Heji. A truly heavenly combination! Another unique find was the brown sugar steamed bun—I'd seen influencers rave about it but never found it until now. They also provide fresh fruit and drinks, and as someone who needs coffee every morning, having freshly brewed coffee was pure bliss. I felt so spoiled!"

My husband and I had a wonderful time there! 😁😁 The large room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly kind, providing pick-up and drop-off service – so touching!! The staff were very helpful, the room had fresh air, and the bathroom and bedding had absolutely no odor. If you ever have the chance to stay at this guesthouse, I highly recommend it! For breakfast, they offered Kinmen specialties like pan-fried pancakes and leek pockets, along with beautifully plated fruit. Juice and iced coffee were also available, and the mung bean sago was absolutely delicious!"
