The location is in a bustling area, near a Kangshimei store (a popular shopping destination for mainland Chinese tourists) and a Jinwan souvenir shop next door. "I came to Golden Gate for 3 days because of important things, but I was lucky to live in this great homestay. The antique triad, the double room with a private bathroom, washing machine, and perfect equipment. The boss & the proprietress tried their best to meet the needs of the guests, and cleaned the environment very clean and tidy. Service includes: free pick-up and drop-off, free breakfast. The breakfast is super delicious, it is a fresh sugar-free soy milk, local steamed buns, meat buns, and even 3 days of eating. I really recommend everyone to choose this homestay when you go to Golden Gate 😁"

"I stayed at Dongyidianhong B&B for two nights, and thinking back, my heart is still warmed. The owners were like kind elders in the neighborhood—not talkative, but always considerate. Every day before we left, they would thoughtfully remind us to bring water and be careful about sun protection. What touched me most was on the day I was leaving. Because of the heat, I accidentally suffered heatstroke and felt dizzy. Without hesitation, the owner personally drove me to the hospital, constantly checking on me the whole way. Encountering such kindness in a foreign land is truly unforgettable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very quiet. If you come to Kinmen and want more than just a room, but a place to stay with warmth and hospitality, this is the place for you. Thank you for your hospitality; I will definitely come again!"

My room had four beds, and although I was the only one staying there that night, the keys to the other person's bed in the same room were carelessly left at the entrance to the living room, where there's practically no security access, all night long.
