The most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions). I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all! Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all. Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks. We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect! I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

My partner and I stayed at TRIBE Baden-Baden, and we had an exceptional stay. We were only there for one night but our stay was 5 stars. A beautiful, modern, stylish and convenient hotel a stones throw away from Caracalla spa and the main town. The staff were wonderful and spoke English very well! I loved the room and the Kevin Murphy products were such a treat! I also thought the bag storage area was so smart an handy. Very lovely stay, thank you.

Very chic hotel which only need 2 mins walk to the hot spring. Breakfast was not bad.

It was within walking distance of the hot springs, and the rooms and restaurant were comfortable. The front desk was also very friendly and I appreciated that they were open 24 hours a day. I'd definitely like to come back here again when I come to Germany!

Very helpful staff. When I made the reservation, I booked the wrong date. Originally, I couldn't change it. The staff kindly changed the date for us free of charge and took the initiative to introduce nearby attractions to us. It only takes ten minutes to get to the city center. In fact, it's a straight road. .

Stefanie was extremely helpful and friendly. The other colleague threw a form on the counter, didn't say hello, we had to say good afternoon twice, so she barely responded, she was extremely rude.

Very friendly and new hotel (the hotel building is on the right at the end of photo 1). It has a self-service luggage locker. It is commendable in every aspect. The breakfast is rich. It is right next to the two famous hot springs. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the center of the old city.

The service was poor. I informed the front desk three times, but they only cleaned the room once in three days. When cleaning the room, they looked at the free bottled water and didn't refill it. For the buffet breakfast, other Europeans only had to give their room numbers, but seeing that we were Asians, they asked us to fill in our names and room numbers. Of course, they didn't spoil us...

The hotel is in a very good location, close to two hot springs and not far from the city center, within walking distance

The overall feeling is very good. The design of the hotel is novel. The environment near the hotel is very good. The facilities are complete and the service is friendly. It is close to two bathhouses and is convenient for bathing. However, the rooms are a bit small. It is difficult to find the entrance to the hotel and you need to walk up a slope.

Very chaotic, staff don't know the correct procedures among themselves... despite booking for three days, I was asked to vacate the room several times. They kept making excuses and then I was asked to leave the room again. Asked for my room number 4 times at breakfast by different staff. Bathroom cleanliness satisfactory. Garage reservation a disaster... entry card works... have to pay €25.00 for reserved parking space, which is ultimately occupied and despite having an entry card you have to ring the bell so that the barrier opens. All in all, the stay was poor... finally, in the evening, I had to listen to complaints from several guests at the bar, which ultimately confirmed my experience!
