Ibis Bay Resort ★★★

"Very unpleasant evening receptionist. Very friendly breakfast staff. Room not very clean, shower borderline. If you like sleeping with the sound of a thermal lawnmower (air conditioning) in your room, this is the place... On the other hand, the place is very beautiful."

Authors Key West Guesthouse ★★★

"The room was OK, but the one facing the road was a bit noisy. There was no service staff after 5pm. The breakfast was average."

Hilton Garden Inn Key West/The Keys Collection ★★★

"The room and infrastructure are very good, and the service provided by Xiao Liu at the front desk is also very good👍👍"

Alexander Palms Court ★★★

Seashell Motel and International Hostel ★

"The room had been renovated and was very clean. The room next door was being renovated during the day, but I was out so it didn't bother me."

Kona Kai Oasis ★★★

"1. Bad review!!! I give a very bad review to Ctrip and this B&B!!! 2. When searching for hotels on Ctrip, this B&B came up, but Ctrip didn't remind me that it was a B&B. It was not what I expected. It was very bad. 3. The B&B check-in service was very bad. Ctrip didn't remind me that I needed to check in by email. When I arrived, I found that I didn't have the check-in password. I contacted Ctrip, but it didn't solve the problem. Later, the kind-hearted person in the next room called the B&B to solve the problem. The B&B's attitude was not good either. The experience was very bad. 4. The B&B was very old. It felt like the whole house was shaking. I asked the residents in the next room, and they also said it was shaking. 5. The room was very smelly!!! It was very smelly. I couldn't tell what it smelled like. I wanted to sleep directly in the car, but I was too tired later, so I just slept. 6. Based on the above dissatisfaction, I complained to Ctrip, and they said they would give me a reply and solve the problem. However, they never contacted me again. Ctrip's service attitude is really terrible."

Hyatt Centric Key West Resort and Spa ★★★★

"The location and environment of the hotel are okay, but the price-performance ratio is really not high"

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Grand Key - Key West ★★★★

"Very good experience."

The Grand Guesthouse ★★

"I checked in quite late, and the host emailed me saying the key was outside the door. It was very convenient. The room was clean, quiet, and I had a very warm and comfortable stay."
