Staff were friendly; the room was nice. The swimming pool had quite a lot of leaves in it. The gym set up was a bit strange; there is a partner gym 3 minutes walk away which is really well kitted out. However the hotel ask you to pay the gym provider directly to go; then bring a receipt to reception with your bank details, and they will then ‘pass them to accounts’ for a refund. Seems like a ball ache - esp with a UK bank account. Breakfast was not great. Bananas were all past their best.

Nice quiet place. Next to a big shopping centre. Can't go wrong there. Not too far from airport or town, so quite easy get around.

Unhappy at being put on the mezzanine floor meaning you have to carry your bags up 20 stairs Room was presented well. Toilet would be a workout for elderly guests

Service Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to deal with and provided extra assistance with topping us up with towels. Breakfast included with our stay was perfect, fresh fruit, and cereal tasted really good. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Stayed in a 3 Bedroom Apartment on the 7th Floor, it was a really good setup, nice and clean, spacious and suited 5 people well. I recommend this Complex for staying at as it was comfortable and the spacious. Only downfall would be the air-conditioning units may need a service! with a Family of 5 Adults, we struggled with the heat and could only use 1 of the rooms to cool down in when we could. The unit we were in had 3 air conditioning units and all weak. Otherwise for 2 nights staying, it was all good.

I booked at this apartment only for 3 nights, we had a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment which was great for our family … it was so great that we wanted to book another three more nights, unfortunately the 2 bedroom deluxe was not available so we had to go to the 3 bedroom which was even better. I loved the set up of the apartment and especially as one of the bedrooms was separate to the other two bedrooms. The aircon in the apartments worked really well, both apartments were spacious, and the balcony of the 3 bedroom apartment was very big, with a large table and chairs which was perfect for us as we used to have breakfast out there before the heat kicked in. The complex also offers free breakfast which is toast and cereal and fresh fruit, which is located on the same level as the pool. There is a pool at this complex, we enjoyed it and its open til maybe 8-9pm. There is a shopping centre close by that you can walk to along with McDonalds being a 1 min walk. Parking is a first in first serve but there is parking next to the apartments which has no time limit.

Property was extremely average. I had men harass me upon return to the unit. The cleaning wasn’t that great. I didn’t feel safe nor clean here so I won’t be staying again unless some sort of compensation is made for the horrible experience such as a refund etc.

Great accommodation option, friendly staff and will be coming back here again in the future!

Staff were lovely, surrounding neighbourhood pretty untidy. Onsite free parking is a win. Room generally tidy but only one in 3 lights in the bathroom worked.

Room was filthy on arrival and has obviously not been cleaned with rubbish on the floor and dirty handprints everywhere. Staff were apologetic and completed some cleaning. Venue is aging and has not been maintained. Had previously stayed here years ago and was happy with location. Very overpriced now.

The rooms are aged and need a refresh ..the bathroom / shoer looks more sop needing a refresh

Staff were very friendly & organised, fast service, explained directions & workings of facilities very well. Room was nice, clean & comfortable. Although air conditioner was not cold at all, not working correctly. Pool full of leaves. Water & pool area untidy. Tiles lifting & area in need of maintenance. Looking up the outside of building especially from the pool area, noticed water leaking from one level to the next causing bad staining over time. Vacant open allotment next door, very third world. Needs a good tidy up. First thing you see on arrival, although probably not on hotels property?
