I went to the front desk and asked for a change, but the front desk said there were no more rooms available. This was the last standard room and the others had been booked! I said that I had made a reservation early and it was not too late, so just give me a room like this! The hotel insists this is the last one. Considering that it would be troublesome to change hotels, I finally changed to a double room, but the room was very small. It looked like the business double room on Ctrip (pictured)! Not only was there no explanation, but he was also downgraded! When you are away from home, just make do with it. However, the fixed nozzle of the shower room in the room that was replaced was clogged and almost no water came out. The handheld nozzle was not in the right position and could only spray horizontally! There was a big gap in the glass door of the shower room. Once I took a shower, the floor outside the shower room was covered with water. It looked awkward. It was so late and I had to clean it up right away! In addition, on the day of check-in and the next day, there was an unpleasant smell permeating the hotel's main entrance, lobby, and breakfast room on the second floor in the morning. It was really unbearable! The hotel is located at a crossroads and there is noise at night. Breakfast is average, but filling.
