The hotel is located in a picturesque location, near mountains and forest. The sea water in April is still cold. The food is normal, sauna, fitness, swimming pool.

We were at the beginning of November.
Pros: Comfortable mattress and pillow.
Cons - Food and drinks are very tasteless, the tables are dirty; Russian old music plays loudly until 11-12 am; pools are cold. Beach towels for a fee, the internet is paid and bad. The pool water is colder than the sea. The bathroom smells like sewage.
Norm - the staff is tired, but responds to all requests. Repair is ancient, but they try to keep cleanliness in the rooms. Walk to the sea for 5-7 minutes, the beach is yours.

Super hotel! The best workers, fantastic activities all the time, in the morning, night, and during the day. The best animators: Zumba and Luba. Made the stay very fun and interesting, there were never times that we were bored! I would suggest this hotel to everyone.

My visit to miramore was amazing Great food and great atmosphere the rooms were clean service was fast the staff was caring.i especially liked azure my favorite staff member the food here is very good with pleanty of different kinds and the hotel had many activities

Amazing place for family vacations, great activities for both children and adults all day long and fantastic food where you get breakfast, lunch, snack times, ice cream time and much more. They have amazing late night discos and are doing every minute into new memories.

Our family vacation was very exciting. We came here with our big family. Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Event organiser Lyubov is really professional and friendly. The food here is really delicious and drinks are really cool.

enjoyed the miramor hotel lovely pools,good wifi,food pretty good in particular the salads,grilled meats and breads,music and dancing mondays very good should be done twice weekly.The rooms are clean and comfortable, this an almost 4 star with attention to detail could be higher,pool toilets not cleaned enough,not enough bar staff,lack of control of people at meals,with some people stacking food on plates with no thoughts for others.the speciality breads ect should be handed out with one or two a plate and you can come back again.recommend the spar.

5 star for this hotel is fake and false! it is 2 or 3 star hotel. We have paid for 2 double Standard rooms with see view, but hotel give us one room at 5th floor without window/ balcony (no view to outside) and a spiral staircase from 4th to 5th floor!!!??? that we can not handle our luggage. The hotel staff was a rude and harsh guy named Ebrahim. He did not care about us and no attention to our reservation voucher. Room did not have telephone. Hair dryer was not working and during one week stay, hotel did not do anything to fix it. Food variety was poor and ever day repetitive. cleaning was poor and unacceptable. No any program or good show. Do not go to this hotel at all.

The things we were impressed by were in no particular order: Rooms and cleaners Pool Greenery Terrace restaurant area Available of sunbeds Coffee Availability of water Main meals Things that could be improved in my opinion: Pool toilets Reception toilets Slow bar service (nice staff at bar)

My partner and I stayed at **Miramor Hotel and Spa** in Kemer, Turkey, and were shocked at how far the reality was from the advertised 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and facilities were incredibly disappointing. Here's a list of the many issues we encountered: 1. **No Second Key Card**: We booked a room for two, yet the hotel refused to issue us a second key card. This is basic hospitality, especially for a 5-star hotel. 2. **Aggressive Spa Staff**: A staff member in the spa aggressively accused us of booking a service and not showing up. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. 3. **Broken Wi-Fi System**: The Wi-Fi was unreliable, with all guests using the same password. It barely worked and was frustrating to use. 4. **Empty Minibar & Broken Freezer**: Our room's minibar was empty, and the freezer didn’t function. 5. **Refusal to Provide Extra Blanket**: When we asked for an extra blanket, the staff started arguing with us, questioning why we needed one. We never received it. 6. **No Hot Water & Broken Heating System**: There was no hot water in our room, and the heating system was broken, making the room uncomfortable. 7. **Favoritism Toward Russian-Speaking Guests**: We noticed a clear favoritism toward Russian-speaking guests, while non-Russian speakers were treated with less priority. 8. **No Luxury Amenities**: The bathroom lacked any luxury amenities and barely had toiletries. This is not what you'd expect from a 5-star property. 9. **No Room Service or Concierge**: There was no 24-hour room service, nor any concierge services available, which are supposed to be standard for a 5-star hotel. To add to these, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel were terrible: - **Dirty Environment**: The hotel was dirty in many areas, including public spaces and the rooms. - **Bad Smell**: The smell throughout the hotel was unpleasant, making it hard to relax. - **Unclean Public Toilets**: The public restrooms were dirty and unmaintained. - **Low-Quality Drinks and Food**: The drinks served were cheap and lacked any real quality. The food was subpar, and seafood or good drinks on the beach were charged extra, which is ridiculous for an all-inclusive package. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with our stay. This hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating in any way. If you are looking for a true luxury experience, we would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the situation for future guests.

2*, not 5! Very dirty, poor customer service. Staff yelling from 8am, you won’t be able to sleep there. The came into my room when I was out (they said ‘to check it’s, not to clean/change towels) when I complained they said they’ll deport me from the country Avoid! Overrated, overpriced.

The worst hotel we’ve ever been (SAVE YOURSELF FROM WASTING YOUR MONEY by reading till the end). The photos you see are deceiving, the reality is drastically different. Before you go on reading, just a small remark here: not only these people are absolutely the worst at whatever they do, they are also not speaking any English, most of the guests are Russian, so expect to be confused at the point of a conversation with a receptionist. Starting with the room, cleanliness is the word no one knows in this hotel, hair is all over the place: on the desk, in the shower, on the floor, especially in the bathroom; towels are taken away but not changed, you’ll have to go to the reception desk to ask for new ones. The room itself is poorly designed and poorly maintained. They have an ac unit mounted right above the bed, so there is no way to sleep with it unless getting sick is your goal (the unit itself is not mounted into the wall, so an attempt to partially block it with a towel won’t work + not like they’d give you any spare towels for that). The balcony door is broken, it won’t shut. The furniture is rather old, some things have chips on their corners. They have no duvets at all (asked multiple times at the reception), they expect you to cover yourself with a thing which is a tiny bit thicker than a towel. The soundproofing is not only a non existent thing there, seems like they somehow made it go negative, walls are literally made of cardboard. Although that can be manageable (if you’re staying in a 3 star hotel with just a breakfast, that’s not what you’d expect from a five star one branded as “good for couples”. For couples that would like to tell the whole of this “hotel” what they are doing, maybe). Fun doesn’t end there, the music that they blast out of their c r a p p y speakers every evening (if we can call that music, it’s a distasteful, inconsiderately loud s h i t) can be heard inside the room as if the stage is right on your balcony (take a look at the picture of the hotel, notice how the building is shaped around the pool and the stage is a liitle bit past the pool). If you’re to watch a movie in your room when they have their s h i t show on, expect for it to feel like you’re watching it in a public place, 3/4 of iPad volume is an absolute minimum you need to hear something, otherwise you’ll get an inaudible mishmash of sounds. If any of you is not convinced at this point to AVOID THIS SCAM HOTEL AT ALL COSTS, the story is about to get more interesting. They advertise themselves as all inclusive hotel but I’d rather have a nice breakfast and eat out for the rest of the meals than be stuck with what they serve. Out of all the meals you see at any point, you can hope for nothing more than a couple of meals being edible. The rest is nice at the first glance but tastes like s h i t, they must be using the cheapest ingredients they were able to find, otherwise there is no explanation how a simple salad consisting of cucumbers and tomatoes can
