"We stayed at this hotel from April 11th to April 18th. The room was a bit dated, but it was always clean. The biggest downside was the bed – it was very hard and uncomfortable, and I woke up every morning with significant back pain. On a positive note, the housekeeper was incredibly kind and even hugged us goodbye, wishing us a safe journey, which was a very nice personal touch. The food was tasty, but there was a lack of variety. Alcoholic drinks were strong and enjoyable. We also really liked the separate “Kingdom of Sea” area across the street – it was spacious and relaxing. However, the beach area was under construction, and there were no shaded sunbeds like shown in the photos, which was disappointing. I had several massages at the spa, and all of them were very good and relaxing. Unfortunately, the spa experience was negatively affected by the receptionist’s attitude. When I had questions about changing the type of massages, she was clearly rolling her eyes and speaking about me with other staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The worst experience, however, was with the spa promotion staff member, who made inappropriate comments about my friend’s body. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of these experiences, especially with the spa staff, I would not return to this hotel."

Thanks to her, our check-in was smooth and comfortable, and any questions we had were handled quickly and with a smile. A big thank-you also goes to Amir from the animation team — he’s amazing! Always full of energy and charisma, he organized fun activities for both adults and kids. Every day brought something new and exciting — there was never a dull moment! "at the beginning of my review , I would like to point out that I understand some of the facilities operate only during season . Our stay was in February , and unfortunately We are completely disappointed with this hotel . I am disappointed with how the hotel operates out of the season . In my opinion this place should be closed out of the season . The hotel description on the OnTheBeah website has nothing to do with what you can actually expect there. We understand that bars and all beach attractions do not works in winter , but the fact that the minibar and tea/coffe in the room are offered to the guest only during season is surprising . There is a fridge and kettle in the room , but they are only stock during the season ( apparently outside the season no one needs to drink anything ) They guy in receptions told us to refresh the page with all the information because what you can find on OnTheBeach website is actually old . The rooms are generally okay , but some of them are stinky . Food : And here we have the biggest problem . a total dissapointing . Every day the same , the same pasta without any taste , rice on the lunch and dinner , one kind of meat , no choice for kids . Breakfast they served hard boiled eggs or cold soft eggs , one kind of ham (the red one , awful ) and soup from the day before . luckily there was an open kebab place in the village , because most of the time you can be hungry there . ZERO snacks outside restaurant opening hours . After 8pm you will not find absolutely anything . NO ANIMATORS at all , Dj from 9pm-11 pm , dont try to show him you do not like him music! he could be aggresive to the guest . ( the older one ) This hotel is for people who are looking for peace , quiet or for those who are on the diet . If the description matched to reality , there would be no such disappointment , but PLEASE do not believe the hotel is 5star hotel and ultra all inclusive (hahah best joke) . We and not only our family can say there is 3 star hotel out of the season . Lots of guests was disappointed , some of them was looking for the option to change the place , but contact OnTheBeach is actually impossible . WE WOULD NOT COME BACK THERE EVEN IS SEASON even it is for free"
