Sueno Hotels Deluxe Belek

Dana in the entertainment team was amazing! Always making us laugh and smile! The bar stuff was rude (majority of the time we didn’t even get a smile with our drinks). Also we had construction work in the room next door starting at 7 ish! Dana made our holiday !!

Eight of us visited for the second time to play golf. Every bit as good as last year, played Pines twice, Dunes twice and the Noblis once, all in great nick and a decent test of golf for all. The rooms were fine as was the buffet restaurant. We visited two themed restaurants at a 10 euro supplement and both were excellent. Drinks were good on the whole, particularly the red wine. We have been to a few different hotels here and although they were all good this one suits our needs perfectly and I will be booking to come back next year. Big shout to all the staff who are excellent. Keep up the good work Sueno.

Sueno is one of the good options in Antalya🩷 every year we are visiting Sueno deluxe belek✨🌸 Deluxe is one that you should visit especially for the good range of food in snack area😍🦋 besides there is a nice dock which holds prizes for the design✨ very nice as you can relax and have your drink at the same time💕 the only thing I would recommend is that they should add some more night activities and entertainment for the young adults and only adults 😍🙏🏻 after that it would be wonderful ✨ looking forward for our next visit🌸💜

We’ve been to Sueno before a number of years ago, on that occasion, we stayed in the older Golf Hotel and the Deluxe hotel was just recently opened. This time we were a larger group of 8 golfers and non golfers and decided to stay in the Deluxe. There are good and bad things about Sueno Deluxe, and I’ll cover most of them in this review. Firstly, like most hotels in Belek, it’s a very high standard hotel with excellent amenities, it’s worthy of its high star rating. That said, now it’s been open a few years, there are some areas starting to show their age. Our room was a good size and was well appointed, although I believe the storage space could have been a bit better. The bathroom was also a good size and a decent standard, although some of the trim was falling off in the shower cubicle. As we settled in to the holiday, we noticed a recurring pattern of really quite poor service in the main lobby area. The waiters and waitresses seemed to take an absolute age to come by our group to ask if we wanted any drinks, be that coffees or alcoholic drinks. This situation continued for the entire duration of our holiday and was so poor, that on a number of occasions (after waiting around 15-20 minutes) we simply gave up and went to the bar to order. This situation was also very similar in the cafe/cake bar area, where you often waited simply ages for anyone to come by and enquire if you needed anything. The staff also seemed a little bit poorly trained in terms of what beverages were available. I should say that all the staff were always polite, but they could often be found standing at the service bar chatting amongst themselves instead of walking the lobby floor looking after guests. This is an issue of training that needs to be resolved by the hotel management responsible for the lobby area. On the hotel facilities, Sueno has excellent indoor and outdoor pools, they also have an excellent beach area and water slide area for the kids. Be aware however, that every day, they play music in the outdoor pool area with a thumping beat and it’s simply always turned up too loud; I wonder if they have EVER asked guests if that’s what they want. The level of drum beat was simply intolerable and meant that we (my wife and I) ended up spending a lot of our time down at the quieter Golf Hotel. The main buffet restaurant was good and always had a good choice of food, we never ever struggled to find something that suited any of our tastes in our group of 8. We used A la Carte restaurants Italian, Asian and Mexican, the staff were especially good in the Asian restaurant and we used that twice. The service was also sometimes a little bit of a hit and miss in some restaurant areas, however special mention must go to AYSUN, she was simply fantastic. Her level of service was significantly above any other members of staff, and if I were hotel management, I’d be promoting her to train some of the other staff members. Amazing guest relation team all of them are so so helpful special thanks t Elnaz who was really kind to us also I should say good was so good and delicious. Staff are so so friendly and also actively for children was so so great . We will come back .

This hotel has gone really down. We came last year as a group of 8 and really liked the hotel, returned this year to a completely different experience. Lack of staff , hotel in need of refurbishment, our room had no air conditioning for the whole week we were there(, despite reporting it several times.. Rooms only sporadically cleaned. Loud music around all pool areas, irrespective of time of day. Bar staff inexperienced sometimes having to clean our own tables in bar and then having to queue at bar to get a drink. Will not return next year!!!

I’ve been to Turkey 7 times and so far this is my favorite resort Specially I like morning activities for example aqua gym, yoga with Dana and foam party, entertainment team is so fun and professional, everyone is friendly and I wanna thank the staff for the great treatment!

Nice hotel. Good for children. Not so good program in June. Would get 5 of 5 but Elnaz in guest relation destroyed our last evening. And she is laughing when she has done a big mistake. And she didn’t care. Good staff in restaurants. Hard working.

Great experience and I want to single out one of the waitresses at the pool named Aysun, who was very kind and provided very good service. The room were very clean and had great views from both ways. A lot of things to do like tennis, golf, soccer.
