The worst hotel in jalandhar. I will not recommend this hotel to any one specially family or couple. Staff of this hotel don't know how to do hospitality. They are very rude to people including management of that hotel too. The rooms were old, in breakfast they will provide only 1 item, it's not like a buffet system. Very poor service!

Poor service in the hotel, no proper hot water facility, torn towels provided, washroom bucket not cleaned and sometimes even bucket is not present in the washroom. In hotel nobody cares about costumer requirements. Even laundry service is the worst, they used bleaching powder that ruined my clothes and even misplaced some of them. Even complimentary food is not good, have to wait for a long time to get it.

I checked in around 02:30 PM, and noticed that they haven't placed a towel in the bathroom, so called house keeping, which didn't respond and then called reception, they said they send it right away, but after 15 min, called reception again to request for a towel, still they took 15 more minutes to serve me with a basic।The amenity in the room is called a towel, this resulted in me delaying a proposed meeting.
