It was a comfortable stay at shakun ...very nice ambience,centre of city nd the best part of property is all monuments are under 3 km ...very friendly staff .. specially thanks to Kalpana...helped us for every our queries ...we definitely visit again ❤️❤️

The hotel is really beautiful and wonderfully located for exploring the city. The staff is very friendly and willing to help even beyond what is expected. The hotel restaurant is great and offers a variety of dishes for all tastes. I would particularly like to mention Mrs Kalpana Pandey from the Reception desk. She is particularly polite, welcoming, amiable, accomodating and kind. She went above and beyond to help us with some issues that we had. We really came to think pf her as family. Her English is superb, which really helps a lot. Thank you Shakun and thank you Kalpana! We will surely be back.

The experience was amazing! We didn’t expect much, but we were blown away. I liked the room very much, but the thing that stands out the most is the service; Kalpana helped us with every concern we had, we are very grateful and satisfied. Will be coming again when I visit Jaipur.

Very good location, big room , rooftop pool . Nice , customer’s oriented staff attitude. Fully vegetarian food lovely entrance!. A lot of marketing around, as well as interesting showrooms.. Mostly Indian customers for some functions celebration or bussiness purpose.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Location excellent. Employees are very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Kalpana, who I thank for all her help and kindness. She really went out of her way to help us organise our day trips and make our stay in the hotel feel as if we were part of her family. Thank you Kalpana.

A bit of a disappoin**ent! The hotel is in a perfect location to see the amazing city of Jaipur. It is listed as a 5* hotel but hasn’t been 5* for 15 years I’d imagine. It all starts with the staff who (the majority) aren’t overly helpful and quite unprofessional - constantly on their phones or chatting and laughing with each other rather than paying attention to guests. There were a couple of brilliant staff (one of the younger lads who cleaned was really chatty and smiley and a couple of the guys that worked the bar). It is a real shame because the lobby area and restaurant is quite nice. The rooms are very dated and not the cleanest. They need to update the hotel and it needs the standards driving up on all fronts. It would be a 4* at best. The roof terrace is dated and no one is ever up there so no a**osphere. The food was a positive and very reasonably priced.

Pratisha- She was very good at service and very nice in gesture. She is a good staff. And even the whole staff of hotel was very good, the food , room and ambience is excellent. My trip was excellent because of the stay at this hotel. I recommend people to visit this place. Excellent staff.
