Ulasan Taksim Trust Hotel

環境非常差，服務態度不好，不安所預訂的房間給房，房間的大小不是所述的實際面積，非常小，標28m的衹有10m左右。

We are a family who love traveling all around the world and we have traveled to around fifty countries during last decade. Unfortunately, this hotel was the worst hotel we have ever seen. We booked a room for 4 people when we arrived, they gave us 1 triple room it had no place for luggage although in their site this room is 40 square meters but this room in real was smaller than 12 square meters. The air condition doesn’t work and safe box has problem but they didn’t care enough to solve this problem. They didn’t clean the room and The floor of the hotel room was dirty. The hotel location was not safe for family! The manager of the hotel is very rude and even though the names of all four of us were mentioned in the hotel voucher, he did not allow our 3-year-old child to have the hotel breakfast, which was a small plate containing 2 thin slices of cucumber and tomato, a few grams of cheese and an egg! The only positive point of the hotel was Mustafa, an Afghan boy whose job was the night reception of the hotel.
