環境非常差，服務態度不好，不安所預訂的房間給房，房間的大小不是所述的實際面積，非常小，標28m的衹有10m左右。

Stayed for 6 nights. Is a good location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Bathroom nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. I ask for a few favours and directions and they helped me immediately. Especially Burak is helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here for the price I payed

Mr burak was very nice. He specialy give us our needs. The hotel was very good they made everything new and changed. The place is in a good spot as well . Rhe breakfast was good to. If you wish to go istanbul taksim .this is the right place for your family friendly type.

I stayed here for a night and had a very enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and supplied me with lots of tea and coffee, as well as breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the location is excellent, just off Istiklal (the main shopping street). Some hotels in Istanbul can be cold and unfriendly places, but this one has more of a family atmosphere. Strongly recommended!

the hotel is like a cowshed! Scammers and unfriendly staff! I booked a room for 4 nights and next day I have 2 left the hotel because the room in the basement totally smelled, but the scammers have not returned my remaining money until now

The room looked nothing like it does on the pictures. It was small and dirty. T. V. Didn't work, complementry slippers where old, used flip-flops. Absolute joke of a place.

we asked tugba multiple times if it would be an issue to have rooms with twin beds and she assured us it won’t be an issue then when we arrived she gave us 1 room with twin beds and the other were the economy bedrooms, a tiny room with a big bed no place for luggage. We stated that this wasn’t the room we booked , we booked standard double rooms , and they didn’t care enough. Then we asked for a duvet , they simply said “why do you want a cover? Just turn off the ac” then they gave us bed sheets and claimed that these are duvets! The following day they asked one of us to leave her room and give her another smaller one as there’s another booking. Lastly, when we left, they sent *********** that we cancelled the reservation to prevent us from writing the review. Also they stated that it’s okay to have a kettle in the room , then at the hotel they told us no it is very dangerous

The worst room I have ever seen is located in this hotel. I paid for a single room but they forced me to accept an extremely small room which had a large bed: A Cage named "ecconomy double". There was no place to put my luggage. The table was dirty and they left the remainder of soap and garbage in the bathroom. There was no Bathroom sink cover and it was disgusting. I have to mention that They had a well-mannered hotelclerck . I forget his name but I guess he was afghan and he was a gentleman. The air conditioning was also acceptable.
