위치는 더할나위 없이 좋습니다. 다만 서비스 측면에서 약간의 문제가 있었어요. 룸에 배수가 잘 되지 않아 방을 바꾸고 담배냄새가 너무 나서 또 교체했습니다. 그리고 공항으로 가는 택시를 불러 고정된 가격으로 예약했으나 기사는 모른다고 하고 계속 가격을 올려서 진땀 뺐습니다.

We stayed 2 nights at the LEVNI hôtel of ISTANBUL on August 30 & 31, 2024, Yasmine and Kiki at the reception were pleasant and friendly, smiling, they provided us with very useful information. We were well welcomed. At first, we had a room on the noisy street side but the next day, Nural the manager assigned us without any problem a luxurious and more spacious room with a view of the Bosphorus. The hotel was ideally located near the centers of interest: Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Spice Bazaar, Imononu, and 600 m from the tram, a metro station was 100 m from the hotel, shops. Kiki was kind enough to give us a room upon our arrival in the morning at 8:45 am, so we had our room several hours in advance, it is very appreciable and exceptional. Kiki showed understanding and professionalism especially since we were very tired from our night's journey. A staff always smiling was available to take our luggage to our room, and open the entrance doors of the hotel. We also highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and the quality of the breakfast with attentive staff. On the day of our departure, the hotel called a taxi at our request, and the staff carried our luggage to the taxi wishing us a good trip. All this is very pleasant, which is why we enjoyed the 2 nights in this hotel. We would like to thank all the staff we met in particular: Yasmine, Kiki and Nural. An excellent hotel, with a great staff. In the best point of the city. Near to Agia Sofia Church & all the sightseeings of Istanbul. Also, it has got a rooftop restaurant with great city view. Pool, hammam & sauna were included in the fixed price. Last but not least, the breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed our residence there. We surely recommend it.

I stayed here for 6 nights with my daughter during my birthday week and absolutely loved the hotel. When we arrived, we received such a wonderful welcome and at check in we were given all sorts of handy advice on how to get around Istanbul, tours, places of interest etc and we were both so impressed by that beautiful welcome. Our room was on the 3rd floor and so beautifully spacious. There was a ton of storage space and the bathroom was gorgeous. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, the hot food section had different food everyday which kept things interesting and my daughter loved the omelette lady. On the day of my birthday I as surprised with a card and gorgeous chocolate cake in the afternoon. It was such a wonderful surprise that just made my day more special. All the staff were so wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the spa, we weee out a lot and on the 2 days we tried to go we weren’t able to get the treatments as there was only one staff member in duty. Never mind. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re in Istanbul. Location is excellent. Right by Sirkeci station (exit 3), easy walking distance to Sultanahmet square, Grand bazaar, Egyptian bazaar and Galata bridge to cross along to the new city. Loved our stay and would stay again.

Amazing service. The staff were really helpful and polite The rooms were clean and the beds soooo comfy. Nice indoor pool to cool off in after a hot day In house breakfasts had a really wide variety that suited all tastes and again service was great. Great hotel for a family as the two rooms actually joined and we had a lovely space. Great central location for sightseeing. All in walking distance. Thank you for a great stay. We would definitely stay again.

Very professional and friendly staff. They were very welcoming and helpful in every single aspect of our stay. The breakfast was delicious. The spa and hamam were great as well. Isabel the lobby cat was super cute as well and the fact that the hotel is taking care of the stray animals around the hotel is a great bonus. You definitely feel welcome here.

Decent enough hotel. Rooms immaturely clean, decent breakfast choice. Weird bathroom set up in rooms though. Make sure you know the person you’re sharing with REALLY well.. Sort of open plan bathroom area- no bathroom door. Sink in room and then toilet just separated by a thin door, same as the shower… Very odd. Our room overlooked a wall! No view whatsoever. Couldn’t even make out the sky! This was really disappointing. Certainly not a four star hotel. The lower ground floor, where the spa is, was full of junk and old furniture piled up. Staff were friendly enough, if not a little overbearing for our Anglo-Saxon sensibilities. There seemed to be tons of staff milling about the small reception area.
