The hotel is located at a great spot but hotel staff can do a better job at providing directions. The hotel elevator entrance is very difficult to find hotel is located inside a shopping mall with multiple entrances. The hotel is located on the 7th and 8th floor but the elevator won't go up to the 8th floor. So good luck dragging your bags to the 8th floor if your room is on the 8th floor.
The room was clean and very spacious. Don't expect much from morning breakfast.

Hotel is central in Roskilde and in a nice location. Been in it several times and rooms are variable in size. Those in older part can be on the small size. Hotel was nice and warm. -2c outside. Comfortable and clean. Good value l.

It's creepy at night and it has a bizzare check in policy but it was clean and comfortable. You get what you pay for which is what all you could really want. It's handy being in a big shopping centre and next to a train to get in and out of Copenhagen.

Bad parking availabilities, not a nice neigbourhoud, no personal check in for most arrivels (only by machine) shower curtain was too short, leaking sink.

Arriving after 22:00 was a nigh**are. There were very limited parking places before the hotel and they were all occupied. Some of them with dodgy looking people inside the car. There is parking space below at the supermarket but that closes at 22:00.. There was no reception when we arrived. We called the general number and the receptionist said he could not help with the parking. We were already very tired when we arrived and it took another 35 minutes to eventually find parking space somewhere higher on the grounds. The room is very basic. The shower curtain was too short. That caused much water in the floor. The sink had a leak. We do not recommend the hotel.
