攜程上clubmed的訊息實在太少了，來更新一下。 這是一個非常適合親子的酒店 一日三餐美食和指定酒水暢飲:三頓飯非常豐富，最愛甜品區。 4-10歲小童俱樂部:晚上有mini club，還可以約很多小課程。也可以把小孩託管，自己去玩。非常喜歡kids club的員工，小朋友第一天比較內向，但是第二天就融入了。 Bar：任何時間都能去喝一杯的地方，晚上還有節目。 房間：太潮濕，睡的被子也是潮濕的，衣服自己幹是不可能的，如果比較介意用公用洗衣烘乾機的，那衹能多帶點衣服了，有一台除濕機，但是噪音太大。 交通：去機場衹能by taxi 大概6500日幣單程，最近的匯率讓自己終於有了在日本叫出租車的勇氣。 出酒店活動：去了一個民俗村看了猴子，酒店幫忙訂的車，出租車費加門票大約1w日幣，還可以定跳島的項目，但是取決於天氣，所以儘量避開台風季。 服務：這個酒店 check in環節是不看護照的，所以拿到房卡看一下是不是自己的名字，畢竟我們有太多同姓。第一天住了小半天才發現不是自己定的房間，這個小失誤比較不像日本酒店會犯的。當你把所有行李攤開再收起來是件非常崩潰的事。 吃飯的時候會有酒店staff來問你能不能一起坐，這是clubmed的特色吧，但是對i人來説怕是腳趾頭要摳出三室二廳了。 最後，回沖繩那霸機場的商店街非常好逛，我們沖去了奧萊，沒時間好好逛有點可惜。奧萊在那霸機場到達層3號門口的4番的車站，車票250日幣一人小孩半價，單程大概20分鐘。可以把行李寄存在機場的locker。 感謝Stella小姐姐，Ray。

這家clubmed評價比較少，寫份點評為了給後面的人蔘考。 就clubmed本身來説，這家屬於躺平擺爛型clubmed。台灣GO會比較熱情一些，在這裏表揚angel,kira，給了我們很多幫助和好的建議，幾次還不錯的體驗都是兩位台灣GO的功勞。但是這家clubmed服務人員非常少，人手不足帶來體驗感很不好。半夜房間停電，沒有工作人員，等了很久才有人來修理。入住期間可能因為有颱風關係，村外活動都取消了，海灘也關閉了。 餐廳服務人員也不足，GO一臉漠然，與幾個月前去過的星野形成鮮明反差，孩子們很詫異這裏的GO為什麼板著臉，大堂吧點飲料也遇到過板著臉的GO。食物來講中規中矩。 硬件設施方面，可能因為年代久遠，年久失修，房間小，潮濕，不乾淨，且瀰漫著一股臭臭的味道。床鋪潮濕，幾乎一兩個小時就要醒一次。酒店的衞生狀況一言難盡。 村外遊活動比較豐富，如果沒有取消的話應該很好玩，但是因為颱風全部取消了。颱風還比較常見。 總之，就海島度假型clubmed而言，不太推薦這家，當然也有可能和颱風體驗不好有關係，但是感覺工作人員比較擺爛，並不在乎客人體驗。推薦民俗村看猴子和玻璃船看魚，孩子們比較喜歡，但其實也沒必要住在clubmed，感覺島上ANA酒店設施也很好，可以讓酒店直接叫車去川平玻璃船和民俗村，並不是Clubmed 獨有。 推薦：通過攜程預訂 Clubmed有個好處，就是很多問題可以讓攜程客服去溝通，這次攜程的酒店管家和機票管家幫了我大忙，如果我自己和Clubmed ，航空公司去撕，一是語言不通，二是不夠專業，攜程幫忙處理效率很高，客服也比較有責任心。 對比下來，北海道夏天的星野clubmed非常值得去，涼爽的氣候，美麗的山景，熱情的GO，北海道的食物，以及clubmed房間也很乾凈。 這次石垣島踩了大坑，以後海島遊儘量去海邊設施好一些的度假酒店，避免這種年久失修躺平擺爛的酒店。

clubmed 的特點是吃住玩一條龍，村裡活動比較多，適合帶孩子去。這個村風景好、服務也不錯、飯菜比較好，主菜一份量大，有點負擔，麪包好吃。位置比較偏，去機場需要提前預約。

一切都很好，自助餐每天都有換 而且很好吃

I haven't started my stay yet but so far the customer service has been terrible. 1. The club med web site support for English on the resort's web page is very poor. When selection English as the language, most pages either don't load, give a 404 error, or load in Japanese. 2. I've called the resort a few times to get information and the response has been very laid back and non-committal. I will be there for my wedding anniversary and asked if I could organize something special for the occasion and was told "call the Tokyo office, we can't really help", or "talk with your agent"; even though I booked this trip directly from the resorts web site. So far, I feel that the resort doesn't want anything to do with guests. They won't reply to emails, and my calls always end up in frustration. I certainly hope that my stay will be better than my experience so far!

Warm service, friendly staff, delicious food, and beatiful beach! Very outstanding experience. I didnt expect to meet Indonesian staff in here. They all are very kind to us. Thank you for Tohid, Sofyan, Johan, Kadek, Dina, Temmy, Wisnu, etc. Especially Tohid, I realy didnt expect he wa smy junior in HS. What a coincidence. Btw, Wisnu, you had great circus performance. I hope someday we'll meet again in other ocasion. Tahniah!

The Club is in a beautiful setting and we had a great water view. The room was large.andnextremely clean. Everything was very well organized and the club ran like a well oiled machine . The food was good, (would have been nice to have the islands special beef as one of the meals.) Ragab, the Chief of the village was amazing, kind, charming and engaging with so much energy! The cafeteria staff was great. Enes always greated us with his huge smile and he went well beyond his role and was super helpful!!! Kyosuke, the tennis/squash pro, organized some very fun tournaments and...he was a great performer in the show. Last but certainly not least, Sharon, the Lifeguard GO was so much fun and welcoming, what a wonderful, vivacious and warm personality, (I will miss Sharon).

Very happy trip, very nice G.O, thanks Lily and Grace helping me booked a very interesting diving tour! The diving sight is very beautiful and the sea is very beautiful and clear. Other activities are also very interesting! Ive had a very happy memory here!

ClubMed holiday package can give parents a break from their children. The resort is very kid friendly and suitable for families with children of all ages, The staffs are creating a warm and welcoming customer service to guests. Liam serves in the restaurant is very cordial and sincere.

We had a great time snorkeling and doing all the seas sports. Weather was a little unpredictable during our time with only half the time sunny. Sometimes the weather was good but the sea was rough. But thankfully there were other indoors activities that we could do at the resort. We enjoyed the Manta Ray excursion. It was exciting to see the Manta Ray swimming so closely to us.

This is our first time staying in this ClubMed - a beautiful resort by the beautiful Kabira bay South China Sea. Delicious food and drinks, spacious and clean rooms, various activities and excursions to choose from, mini-club for kids and teenagers, wonderful performances and parties every evening. Most importantly, the amazing team of GOs who are all so talented, sincere, hardworking and friendly. We have so much connection with the GOs and we have fun time. Special thanks and cheers to: - Wind, Gita and Fery from bar team who are so friendly all the time offering us to try different drinks daily. -Nina from performance team who show us the customs she made and her different talents. -liam and Johan from restaurant who is so sincere and helpful, making you feel like a VIP all the time! -Soypan chef from snack bar who will fill my tummy with food every time I see him. -Aki San from Excursion team who had arranged a translator to accompany us for our excursion and keeping us company every night for some drinks -Nicole and Dina from the office -Carol from reception who will still find time to chat us even though they have tight schedules. All GOs are super cool, friendly and talented. -Location Not too far from the airport; 30 mins -Atmosphere Lively -Rooms Clean and neat -Service Good -Resturant Can be better. One buffet restaurant only. Compared to other clubmed, they have alacarte restaurant with more variety of food. -Amenities Many naughty crows who will snatched your food and fly away Can have more toilets; far from swimming pool, beaches. Too few cubicles in each toilet. Looking forward to the next visit and hope to be meeting these wonderful GOs again soon!

Amazing week at Club Med Kabira. Beach, pool, island, food, entertainment, but what makes this club special is our special thanks to Enes, who has a big smile in the restaurant. I've never seen someone who loves his job this much. Have a very special experience. Thank you so much for everything. May the smile in your eyes never end. I will come again.
