Riedz Apartments

Nice apar**ent but customer service was an issue for us. A few things were not handled well by the owners. The location is great, church outside it pretty and the neighbourhood is central but quiet. The curtains in the rooms don’t pull all the way over the windows which annoyed me at night. The apar**ent did appear clean but we found a big sticky spillage under the bed when I lost an earring in the bedroom. We also found for a longer stay that the level of comfort was not sufficient so we were a little bit disappointed.

We loved the apar**ent. It had everything we needed. It was modern, clean and ideally situated with bus stops nearby to take us to town or to the skiing area of Seegrube. It was walkable into town but up hill on the way back in icy conditions so we took the bus! The views of the Alps from the balcony were beautiful ( photo attached ) as it had recently snowed so everywhere was so picturesque. Would definitely recommend.

VERY FRIENDLY HOSTS. NICE GARDEN AND SMALL POOL WERE PERFECT FOR YOUNG KIDS IN OUR GROUP AND TO COOL OFF DURING THE HOT SUMMER DAYS WHILE WE WERE THERE.

We stayed for a week at the older apar**ent across from the main block.Excellent stay,apar**ent was fabulous with all you needed for a self catering stay.It was very roomy with a lovely big balcony with views of the Nordkette mountain range.Hosts were very friendly and the apar**ent itself had lots of information provided in it for local tourist attractions etc. Ideal location with bus stops close by,as well as a bakery and a supermarket very close walking distance. The old town itself was only a 10-15 minute walk away too. Real home from home feel ,typically Tyrollean.Ideal base for those,like us,who love outdoor mountain activities. Public transport so accessible . Highly recommend

We have stayed in Innsbruck a few times (our son is currently living there). This was our first time using Riedz apar**ents and we will definitely look to book here for our next visit. Fabulous location. 8 minute walk into the old town and the same in the other direction for mountain walks. A bus stop a 30 second walk and a supermarket near enough next door. Sabine and Martin were on hand to help and couldn’t have been more efficient and helpful. The apar**ent was lovely, clean and was finished to a high standard real. Everything we needed was there. Really couldn’t fault it.

Great holiday location - wonderful, spacious apar**ent, perfectly equipped for a family of five. Close to the city centre, and a central place to go skiing around Innsbruck. Super friendly hosts. We will be happy to come back soon.

Excellent! The apar**ent was clean, comfortable with beautiful views on the snow mountains. Parking place near the building. 10 minutes walk to city center. The host was very friendly and pleasant. Thanks 😊 I can recommend this apar**ent for resting.

We stayed for 5 nights in the 1 bedroom apar**ent. It was my husband and I and our 17 year old son, who slept on the pull-out bed in the living room. The apar**ent was furnished with everything you would need. We cooked breakfast most mornings. There was a nice small balcony to sit out on and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Check-in was very easy with a key pad entry. The hosts were helpful with any questions we had. The location is a 10 minute walk to old town. While there is a bus stop right outside the apar**ent (bus every 10 minutes), we usually walked to old town. It is an uphill walk from old town to the apar**ent. The bus that stops in front of the apar**ent also takes you up to Nordkette. The buses were all free within Innsbruck with the Welcome Card that we received from Riedz Apar**ents (although no bus driver ever checked the cards). There is a grocery store only a 3 minute walk from the apar**ent (closes at 6pm). The only thing that we missed in the apar**ent was a microwave. While it's not necessary, it would have been nice to have for reheating leftovers from going out to dinner. The neighborhood was very safe and quiet except for the church next door whose bells rang every 15 minutes from about 6am to 10pm. You kind of get used to it. But I'm not sure there is any place in Innsbruck that you wouldn't hear bells tolling all day. All in all, we would highly recommend the apar**ent.

There was nothing to dislike, an added bonus was the provision of an Innsbruck Welcome card that allowed us to travel freely within Innsbruck free of charge. The transit system runs every 15 minutes and the stop is just a few steps from the apar**ent.
