Ulasan The Rimrock Resort Hotel Banff

This is my second time to stay at Rimrock Resort Hotel. The hotel location is in walking distance to the gondola station of Sulphur Mountain, very convenient for visiting this beautiful sightseeing point. The room is also very clean and comfortable, especially for the beds. I always enjoy the stay at this hotel when I have the chance to visit Banff.

Stay at Rimrock Resort was wonderful right from checkin to checkout. The ladies at checkin were very friendly and professional. They provided us with a free upgrade to the mountain view room on 9th floor. The room had wonderful views and made our stay memorable. We tried buffet breakfast as Primrose and really loved their smoothies. Service was great too. Unfortunately couldn't use pool and hot tub since they were closed on the day of our stay . I wish we could have stayed few more days at Rimrock

The only great thing about this hotel is the location… the hotel room esp bathroom were old. Tub is not draining properly - very unpleasant to use. Hotel restaurant took 1.5 hour to serve 1 burger and 1 cheesecake😔 … Definitely not worth the price… To those who are looking for a hotel in Banff - do try to look for newly renovated places.

The food was okay, but VERY overpriced. We ordered a creme brulee toast, breakfast parfait and a smoked salmon omelet as the breakfast. It charges 100 dollars. The room itself is just average, but you should expect that from a mediocre hotel. The check-in and checkout process took a LONG time, which made me very disappointed. Especially when we did the checkout, we waited there for more than half an hour, because of the long time for security check in our room and the two broken POS machines which were unable to return the deposit for us, we asked for cash, but they didn't agree with my proposal, but tried to fix the machines in front of us instead. The result is they were not able to fix it and the front desk gave us cash (They also spent a long time on doing this). We were in a rush to catch the shuttle, and we DID MISS OUR SHUTTLE. The manager was very unprofessional and irresponsive, and didn't even apologize whatsoever. Not gonna stay here again.

這個房間非常好，很像費爾蒙超越期待，下次還會選擇住在這裏，窗外就是山景很有feel的感覺，多扣了我8刀費用需要解釋一下

下午五六點入住可以看到日照金山，但是酒店的設施沒有想象中那麼多

還是可以的，各方面也比較完善，適合旅行居住。整體酒店和自然精景色融合的很好。所以整體還是比較滿意的。

房間隔音非常差，老舊，有的選的話千萬不要來

體驗非常差勁，酒店設施比較老而且差不多也就是500-700價位的酒店，2000多的房價啥都要收費，對中國人也不友好

太差了，什麼都收費，看着挺大的酒店，快窮死了，停車收費，礦泉水收費……..

這個價格，挺後悔的，非常不如fairmont，專門要了景觀房也沒景觀，以後還是住fairmont
