Hell on earth. A senior member of the government seriously needs to look into this place. Rampant with vermin and that’s just the clientele, I’m pretty sure they just febreze the bed sheets between stays. Staff members were a far throw from charming. Good luck!

This 'hotel' wins an award for the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in, and I have back-packed in my youth so I have seen it all. This place should be shut down as it is a danger to human health. There are wobbly points that fuse, exposed electrical wiring, thick black mould on window frames and walls. The window frame doesn't fit so there are large gaps allowing draughts into the room in the middle of winter. The room smells of damp and the bedding feels damp. There is evident condensation problems, and it has no working central heating. The room I booked was supplied with a tiny fan heater. Hallway has threadbare carpet and the whole place needs a major refurbishment. It was dreadful, freezing cold, and even the water temperate is a joke. It doesn't heat up so don't try to use the shower, and the toilet takes 10 mins to refill between flushes. It was dirty upon arrival, and nothing could be done to clean it as the whole place is just very very tired. The bed is from the 1970's and there was writing and food stains all over the walls.

Now I've got your attention that this place is 5 stars, I can now confirm this place is complete garbage. Please refer to all other 1 star reviews for more information. This hotel would not look out of place in a Brazilian slum.
