I recently stayed and had decent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly.
The room was clean/spacious with comfortable bedding. The amenities, including [pool, restaurant, etc.], were well-maintained.
While the hotel itself was comfortable, its location was not ideal. It was quite far from major attractions, requiring long travel times.

I had an excellent stay, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The front desk team was prompt and courteous during check-in, offering helpful information about the hotel amenities.

Positives:
-excellent service including infant related support
-good view from hotel
-market, good restaurants like prakrithi multi cuisine restaurant, kathakali and martial arts shows near hotel
-tourist spots not too far
-availability of small complementary games and in house spa at reasonable rates
-good buffet breakfast
negatives:
-steep narrow dark way to hotel in last 50-100 metres
-no life guard at swimming pool (warning board already present though)
-noise of one room audible in other
-less dinner options in restaurant

We had a pleasant welcome at the reception. They provided very clean rooms. Pool was very clear. Location of the resort is also nice. Room service was also good. I recommend this resort for newly married couple.
