Stay was comfortable; balcony view is good property is located just adjacent to munnar by pass road. Food was good prices on higher side. Services nothing to complain

Cloud castle is very good. Best view, very polite and helping staff. Even breakfast quality was good and tasty. Might require little bit cleanup for swimming pool but overall very good experience by staying in hotel and will be staying again in next tour.

Reciding here for 2 days was a great experience . Service was quick and responsive , staff over here were very polite and welcomed us with their open hearts 🥰🥰. Rooms were big , clean and pleasant. Every necessary things was provided. Food over here was qualitative and quantitative....🥰😋

**Amazing Experience!** I loved my stay at cloud castel The staff were welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. And balcony view is awesome .The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful.
