Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5.

Had an excellent stay for nearly a week at the Ellaa Hotel, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. It is my 4th visit to the hotel in 6 months, and the experience continues to be awesome. Sarmistha and her team carry immense expertise from a hospitality and general customer ***agement perspective. Clean and spacious rooms, well maintained, tidy house-keeping and timely service. Also, convenient location, courteous staff and delicious food. Excellent package and a super option to consider for a stay in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Sarmistha - you and your team rock! Way to go!

Such a wonderful service provided by Kavya for the candle light dinner and made us have a good experience. Well everything is fine but the cleanliness is little less. Rooms are good and service is good. Very unfortunately we couldn't use magic pin for paying to our candle light dinner. I missed a huge discount because of that. Over all experience is good for the price.

After entering to the hotel I have seen great plants and trees where I was travelling a long way I felt so welcoming and I experienced alot fresh air in the morning. Reception: People have done my check-in.so fast the team was so polite and very helpful all my queries were explained in a good ***ner. I heartfully want to thank front office team for their efforts. Specially - Ankit, Moumi and sarmistha. Good job keep it up 👏👏, I will recommend my colleagues, family' and friends to stay with Ella Hotels.

Service is good, the enviorement is good too. Kavya's service is very good too, we like the food here too. We want have more taste of all the food here, the fruit the beer,the wine. And Kaberi's service is very nice too. We like this place👍👍👍👍👍👍

I had a good stay here at Ellaa hotels and the staff are very helpful and friendly and I love the swimming pool and I enjoyed the walking in the garden and the spa have taken good care of me and I enjoyed the restaurant food and staff was ssoooo friendly and the person Vinay who keep my room clean and neat..restaurant staff Kavya,lithika and other staff are soo good and courteous and responsive and I felt very happy and staying in Ellaa hotel
