the place is really nice, the food is incredible and the service is good as well. a lot of families with small children on the beach. they really know how to get the best service for you. I tried to extend the stay but the procedures are too tough, I had to buy it through an OTA.

紅海邊的酒店，各種設施很齊全，很適合親子，服務態度也很好。就是交通有點不方便，網上打車去機場衹接單，然後漫天要價，起碼要付三倍的價格

純度假的話非常不錯，一價全包，餐廳味道也不錯，房間也還算挺大。但是出海玩一日遊會比較遠。冬天的紅海有點冷，夏天會更好。

情人節還有主題活動真是非常高興

Best hotel we have stayed in, amazing food for all meals. Great choice of pools and the beach was well spaced out with comfy sun longer and the toilets were kept clean by the lovely cleaner. The bar offered a great choice but it would be nice if they used the seating area next to it in the day for a beach bar. The service was fantastic, the service from the Asian restaurant especially, to many names to mention but they also work in the buffet during the day and they really looked out for us. Making sure we had a table and everything we could need. The food was delicious and there is something for everyone. A suggestion would be for some dried fruit and nuts to go with cereal or yogurt and some cheese and cold meats or tuna at lunch to go with the delicious bread and salad but that's the only thing we could think off. We always found something delicious but often chose an Al a carte in the evening for a more relaxed dinner. They were all delicious and all free exept the seafood. I would recommend them all. Our room was lovely and overlooked the pool towards the back off the hotel with 2 rooms and a large bathroom with balcony, a mini fridge and tea and coffee facilities. The entertainment was brilliant, always something going on from yoga, aqua aerobics to foam parties bocca ect. They also do so many evening shows that everyone would find something to enjoy. Management and chefs often walked round even on the beach to ask if you were enjoying your holiday and it was nice to see they valued guests opinions. We were also looked after when my sister got heat stroke from doing to much in the sun and when we had to cancel an al a carte guest relations called the room to check we were okay and if we needed any help or anything. All the staff work so hard to insure all guests have a 5 star stay and it makes a change to be treated as equal, some hotels we have visited treat people who tip to get what they want without waiting but that was unnecessary here. The service was already there and we tipped because we felt it was deserved for their hard work and good service. We will definitely be coming back as soon as we can and I hope English people will start visiting again as we where the 1 of 2 English families there since Thomas Cook went under they so not see many and I feel they are missing out. This is truly the ever best hotel I’ve been to. To begin with - this is the second time we came here with a family and that was decision worth making! Hotel is new and territory is big, there’s a sandy beach and the aqua park zone, as well as main pool and family pool. New apartments, big variety of food (trust me - you will find your dish!), every day animation team makes their best to make the stay special: aqua gym, games, evening shows, competitions, friendly talks and going out for clubbing (if you want). I rate this stay for 1000/10, and really want to advise you to come to Sunrise Royal Makadi.

Amazing hotel, suitable for both adults and families with children. There are zones for adults only without children's screams. Lovely staff, amazing animation team. A person can have fun in the hotel all day and he doesn't even have to go anywhere. Excellent food, everyone can choose and enjoy. Beautiful sea with corals, gradual entry into the sea.

In one word, perfection for the time we have been going to Egypt, this hotel is the best, fluffy pillows, food, clean rooms good, animation program excellent, staff excellent and the best sea.The beach is excellent, it is definitely worth flying there

This was my second time in this hotel after 10 years. I was really surprised by the quality of services. The hotel for me just went up on everything. Staff was amazing. Animation team was top notch and I didnt have anything bad to say about the hotel.

My time in the hotel was great. Food, rooms, services, surroundings, swimming pools, restaurants… everything was super. The beach is really close and you can see a lot of underwater life in the see. It’s beautiful. I would recommend it to everyone.

Amazing hotel with a wonderful staff. Animation team was incredible and we had so much fun with Wego at aqua gym ! Food was very good and pool area very clean. We do recommend this hotel for everyone! We were celebrating both of our birthdays and they made it so special ! Romantic dinner at the beach is a must !

Just arrived back from another great stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing in every department reception restaurant pool grounds room attendants bell boys and animation. Great to see sonic back and Kareem has a full team to many names to remember just some that stick in my mind Wiwi Gaza Tito your all amazing I would also like to mention Amro front of house manager who organised a birthday cake a day early as we were leaving a day before the birthday. I love coming back to Sunrise Royal Makadi Bay, the staff is perfect. I liked the most at the Felucca Seafood restaurant, it was a top gastronomic experience, the shrimp soup was excellent and everything. I visited the restaurant several times during my stay. I want to thank the restaurant manager Mr. Mostafa who made me visit the restaurant because he spoke so well about the fish and food in this restaurant that we had to try it, all the time Mr. Mostafa served us and took care of us and not only us but also about other clients of the restaurant. Perfect approach. Thank you and see you next time.
