Location is very inconvenient. Room was okay, but had some black stuff on the bed. Shower was not covered, so bathroom got very wet when showering. Probably would not stay again.

位置不錯，就在古城牆旁邊，也算乾淨，借個指甲刀沒有。

房間很乾凈，前台服務很熱情，配套服務周到，位置很好，就在中央車站旁邊，對面就是市中心，非常方便。非常感謝攜程幫我修改日期，並順利入住。

出差住宿，性價比高。連鎖酒店，相對來説有點質量保證。

房間侷促，放一大一小打開的旅行箱後基本就沒有地方了。漱口杯是紙杯。

Отель понравился. Очень удачно расположен: недалеко от железнодорожной станции и автовокзала. А главное, все достопримечательности рядом. Всё было чисто. Персонал очень вежлив. Завтраки типично французские, очень вкусные. Разумное сочетание "цена-качество".

First impression- scary. We had to loop around to find the entrance. In the 3 minute loop, I saw multiple rats and several homeless people. Rooms are small and spartan. Lots of flies. Towels are very old and stiff. On the positive note, they do have an elevator. The breakfast was good. And the staff was kind.

Staff and rooms were all to an OK standard. However - our hire car which we parked as close as possible to the hotel, was vandalised overnight, causing considerable damage, delay and additional unplanned expense.

Convenient and is a decent value for what it is. I needed a low cost place to stay for 1 night, it served its purpose. A/C doesn't perform well. The staff was very nice.

Reasonable for the pricing but the room smelled weird. A bit far from the station. No shops nearby.

Manager could do better or have better attitude about failure in providing guests Wifi access, which is promised but not at mercy of the hotel. Customer Service seems to be a big issue in this kind of budget hotel. My two nights stay over in Avignon could be a more comfortable one, after overcoming the bunk bed setting in room.
