Very good location . Very clean rooms . Small but cozy And beds Very comfortable. Fantastic staff, special shout out to Daniel, Brian and Tina for looking after us and the rest of staff. BONUS tea and coffee in reception on tap 24hrs a day. Very accommodating. Easy to call Uber and accessible to buses to go anywhere.

Had a great stay. Clean room. Polite staffs. I will definitely come back and booked to the same hotel.

Pros - Convenient location - Friendly staff (happy to book airport shuttle or taxi on your behalf) Note - no AC (though they do have a small fan mounted in the corner of the room) - 3in1 shampoo, conditioner, body soap - can take airport super shuttle to hotel $20pp

Very convenient location that is walkable to Viaduct Harbour & is surrounded by many international crusine places. Room has basic necessity for an overnight stay. Wardrobe's hanging bar is a bit too high to reach.

Checked in at 1am and no problems at all. Staff were very nice, if you have other needs that are not in the room you can just ask the reception. Location is also very good, right in the middle of CBD. I was also given 2 hours late checkout by Trip.com.

Amazing location, right in the city centre. You do get what you pay for. This is an Ibis Budget and exceptional value for the location, but that does mean the rooms are small and fairly basic - eg there was no table/desk/bedside cabinet so nothing to use the one chair they provide to eat at should you use the kitchenette to make food. To be fair the photos online are accurate so you will know what you are getting. However the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The room is a bit dated but it was clean and it came with facilities to cook your own food too which is a bonus if you are trying to save money

Budget is a key word for this hotel. More a hostel with private rooms than a hotel. Good for 1 night but I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay. I stayed in double studio. There's no furniture in the room except bed, tv stand and one stool so you end up doing everything on bed. No bedside table, night lamp etc, only ceiling light (switch is located far away from bed). Can't fully unpack as there is no wardrobe. There's small cupboard with rail and 3 hangers but it's so high, it's impossible to reach those hangers. The double studio has a small kitchenette with hot plates and sink. Cooking is not expected as no pots or utensils are available (removing the kitchenette and adding wardrobe or desk would likely be more beneficial to customers). On the plus side, fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, microwave and iron is available in the room. Location is very convenient, very close by or in short walking distance to main attractions. Noise from outside can be disturbing late into the night, especially during the weekends. Easy to get to/from the airport with SkyCity bus which is just couple blocks away.

The hotel is very good. Excellent location. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. They changed my room because the internet connection. The hotel is perfect for visiting the main attractions. The metro and buses lines are very close. Lots of shopping and restaurant areas nearby. Very convenient for solo travelers. I highly recommend it. I didn't have any negative experience. I will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Service is great and although the room that I booked is small but it’s clean

My room was better than I expected, booked a double bed last minute and it was worth it. Thanks to Trip coins, I saved a few pennies. You might not see some utensils in the room but feel free to ask the receptionist for plates and bowls, stool, pots, etc.

Nothing to complain, location wise ok. Room size fitting for two but you shan't compare with luxurious hotels. Only one comment is the the hangers are way too high for ladies to grab.

great location to go around the city as it is central in the middle of the downtown. However, the club next door may keep you awake until midnight...
