All were good enough. No issue. Great location. Ongoing construction nearby but I was away most of the time :)

The staff are nice and helpful. Relatively close to the south railway station. I like how they even offer a disposable face towel.

Very nice place, accommodate everything we needed, we were able to cook Arabic food as it’s very expensive here and rarely found. We used the washing dryer machine to wash our clothes as we stayed here for more than 10 days. The cleaner is very nice, not only clean the room but also clean the dishes which is very useful for us. Location is the best, very quiet place, near to metro and shops. There is Luckin coffee next by which made our stay even greater. Thanks a lot for the hospitality and very nice rooms they have.

Cleaning lady only cleaned visible place which is only floor, but desk and kitchen furniture tv is bit dirty

Service was ok but still need to add something like iron so there was only 1 iron and couldn’t ironing my clothes for 1-2 days  And general cleanliness is fine but needs to be detailed cleaning

Place had guazi shells around so not the cleanest. Pretty fuss free in terms of check in and out. Location at first was hard to find because of construction in the area, and their signboards are different from the photo provided. The hotel is actually next to a hand pulled noodle shop (手工拉面） on the 16th floor. Walkable from keyun road metro station but would say hotel in general is far from the Central Area if you’re a first time tourist

Not easy to find the hotel, no breakfast, close to the convention.

I have never written bad reviews. But I really wanted to. The room itself is not bad and in principle I would rate it 4 out of 5. But!!!! The bathroom is a disgrace. Namely mold in the shower and near the sink. Hotel administration, if you see this review. Fix this, remove the mold from the bathroom! Is it that hard? And there will be good reviews. Another minus: we looked for the entrance to the hotel for 40 minutes. There is not a single sign, no one speaks English downstairs and even the administrator on the 1st floor does not know where the hotel is. About the reception in room 1603 on the 16th floor - I read in the reviews. Is it really impossible to hang at least 1 small sign or add a description to the photo or on the website? At 8 am when we left, the administrator was not there.
