Did not feel safe and staff refused to give us 2 cards for AC

The hotel environment is good, and you can see the Red Sea from the room. The facilities are old, and the quilts and towels are relatively black. There are a lot of customers, mostly Europeans, and the service quality is very average. Parking and check-in require everything, including passports, driver's licenses, and vehicle registration certificates, and even tickets to Egypt, which is a bit excessive. The stay experience is not good.

The experiente was nice but it has some Black and White marks, first the beach it was awesome you can make snorkeling at the beach you see a lot of Fish ! In the staff you find some "tipsman" but you can find some nice too , the rooms was good and the room service too, food is not awesome... but is acceptable, the cakes are 1000/10 , the drinks have a lowcost alcool , and have warm galasses... btw very hard to find alcool drink in that zone, the recption has a strategy with tips to give you the best room , it not was nice ...and the reception forced to give money..

The hotel is good, not perfect, just ok. We were 3 persons in the room, but they didn't give us towels for 3. I had to tell them 4 times that we need one more towel, but nothing... The staff is not very kind, starting from the reception, bar, and room service. I noticed that they don't do their job with pleasure. Excepting the staff, the hotel is very nice. The location is great, the beach is nice, you can do snorkeling at the hotel. Food is ok. Drinks are bad. Nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks, all are bad. They say that they have Aqua park. No. They have 3 slides.

Great hotel amazing staff and the animation team was really good specially Inna from the day I arrived till I left was a really good animation team very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel I had a really great time there, and it was not my first visit

The room is in a very bad condition ! When i m arrive i stay 2/3 houers for give a room ! In the reception the want to charge you for a good room but is a bad room ! I don t recomand this hotel ! We are a group about 24 person ! But nobody want to come back here ! It s so so bad ...... don t recomand !

Very nice hotel. I always come here. Like the beach and food. This time very nice girl in animation team Inna. She makes very good stretching in the morning and yoga in the afternoon. Also nice Manu kids animator. She interntains kids during the day and in the evening. And of course Olesya from the reseption is the best. Solves all the problems

I really liked the atmosphere, satisfied with a holiday and recommend this hotel to everyone. They also liked the workers, they are very sweet and welcoming. Every day we had different programs thanks to animators, they have a separate gratitude. The kitchen was also delicious, it was a very large choice. I and my friends liked the holiday, I will always choose your hotel. Thank you!!

The holiday turned out to be excellent, greatly exceeding expectations. The area is pleasant and cozy. The rooms are very comfortable. The cuisine changed and constantly pleased. Separately, I would like to note the very active work of the animators, they will not let you get bored at any time!

Disgusting, horrible, no free net. Staff friendly. Rooms old old, molded, dirty. Food repeative. Definitely NOT coming back. Place neglected badly. Cheap. Cheap. Nothing like the pictures in the internet at all. Aqua park sad looking..

Very good budget hotel,beach in lagoon protect from Wind.territory is clean and cozy.room is good with seaside viel,cleanen daily.food is Taste and Varieté,thanks Chefs.just not good quality of beer.personal is polite and friedlich.at the Rezeption work Manager Olesia,always explaining everything and help.hotel have good location

We rested with family and friends at the hotel for the second time. I really like this place. A wonderful beach where children can play. Food, cleanliness at a high level. Animation is interesting, they entertain guests every day, both during the day and in the evening. Our daughters enjoyed visiting the Kids club. Special thanks to the animator Inna❤️

The stay was wonderful and the place was very comfortable The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful The location is perfect close to all important places making it easy to get around I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great stay

Poor overall. Hotel was clean but very dated. Would have been 4 star about 15 years ago. Lobby too small for patrols. No seats available in the evenings. Food poor and repetitive throughout. No choice other than rice and chicken. All inclusive is very very poor value ~ alcohol was utterly undrinkable and live aviation fuel ; allowing them to charge extra for a drinkable beer or glass of wine. Money making exercise. Not a relaxing holiday at all. Beach and pool space was subject to constant harassment from spa / beauty salon / trips touts, who all just wanted money. All inclusive is a lie as everything was extra and tips expected for everything. As a solo female traveller felt constantly harassed and hounded to visit the on site shops / spa etc. total waste of money and not relaxing. But the on site dive company ‘be dive’ and hotel boat ‘Zayn’ were awesome - very professional with great diving and knowledge. The diving is the only positive and bonus of the hotel. The best member of staff is the Russian receptionist female (Olesika) who carried the whole team and is fabulous. 4 star is not accurate at all. Geared to Russians very heavily. Sphinx aspects of the hotel not open and folk packed into poor rated King Tut areas
