Did not feel safe and staff refused to give us 2 cards for AC

The hotel is good, not perfect, just ok. We were 3 persons in the room, but they didn't give us towels for 3. I had to tell them 4 times that we need one more towel, but nothing... The staff is not very kind, starting from the reception, bar, and room service. I noticed that they don't do their job with pleasure. Excepting the staff, the hotel is very nice. The location is great, the beach is nice, you can do snorkeling at the hotel. Food is ok. Drinks are bad. Nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks, all are bad. They say that they have Aqua park. No. They have 3 slides.

Not for British people caters for Russians and Eastern Europeans Only had to stay one night as had to transfer to cruise The evening buffet was very poor,reception was overcrowded ,noisy and reminded me of a bus station Do not recommend much nicer hotels in Hurghada

Good budget hotel,comfortable beach with lagoon,have reef.terrtitory is small,but cozy and have everyting:pools,aquapark,restaurants,bars.room is good with front sea view,cleaning daily.food is good and variety.staff is polite and friendly.good location in city

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sphinx Resort Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Poore bar, log waluty alkohol, cleanliness to be improved, very good good in ISIS restaurant. writer Mohamed is very helpless. It possible to comeback back in the future. To correct or invest - internet service (fatal level). Good food in restaurants. Heskam

Very good hotel,beach is clean,sea is amazing,have coral reef.room is nice with pool and sea view.have aqua park and pools.food is tasty and variety.active animation team.staff is polite and friendly.specially thanks for guest relation Olesia for her hospitality

We like to travel to Hurghada a lot and often stay at Sphinx hotel. In general everything is good. But want to say regarding reception work. If you have any requests or any help. Its only Olesia can help. She can provide all the info. Once we had a problem with a synk in our room and reported it to a guy with glasses at the reception 2 times.this was totally ignored and nothing done. When told to Olesia and all was immediately fixed. When we arrived at approx 16.00-17.00 we had to wait for check in for 1 hour even though we are permanent guests. Because the reception staff prioritised couple of Gernan tourist who came after us... we had to carry bags and find our room ourselves . This is due to work of the reception. We were very pist off this. If you dont need this experience go directly to Olesia. Otherwise we had a nice stay and everything was ok. We will come back

I had a great time at this hotel. The amenities, staff and atmosphere here are all great. The entertainment team are always in a good mood and spread positivity and good vibes. They put on a good range of shows in the evening so it’s not repetitive. The food at the restaurants are tasty and rotate dishes well.

We loved the hotel really and we loved the service of the staff. Hotel is cozy and beach is very clear. I have read some negative comments about the hotel and I was little scared to book here but really when I came with my family here we found everything is wonderful and really we wondered why there is negative comments like that.Food is tasty. Staff always active and do his best to solve any issue immediately. Really thanks Sphinx. We will come back definitely. We love all of you.

Hotel is old, but staff is perfect. We missed draft beer. Special thanks to pool guard Sherif, beach bar staff Soliman, Bilal and Abdelrahman. And very special thanks to our room keeper for rooms 2001-2010, very perfect service! Thank You!
