If you’re going there for hot spring, guess it worth it as they have many options both inside/outside. Man/woman are separated as always. Can’t say rooms are good, just old and bathroom is really small and was a bit stinky. And bed sheets did not give me the feeling that they were cleaned. But anyway, the food they offer was quite nice and various.

Highly recommend this hotel for families. The outdoor onsen is humongous and mesmerizing. You can feel as if you’re a snow fairy enjoying the natural spa in Elsa’s winter wonderland. The onsen shower and skincare amenities were great and the cherry on top was the barley tea and vitamin c water machine in the locker area. Every guest using the onsen was polite and quiet giving each other enough space to enjoy themselves. The buffet is packed with all types of food - kids section available. Some staff spoke English and everyone was so kind and ready for their guests. Its proximity to the Shikotsu Lake was also amazing.

You are here because of the Onsen. Onsen was exceptional especially the outdoor ones. Food buffet was well cooked and Japanese style. We love the stay experience. However, the room has strong cigarette smell and insects from outdoor. Other than that, all was forgiven. The staff needed to learn more English and be more available to help.

Everything looks accurately to photos. Beds are comfy enough Breakfast and dinners are surprising good especially for those who like Japanese style crusine Outdoor bath during winter is a must try Difficult access using public transport. Good choice for self driven group

Hotel was prefect and the outdoor onsen was amazing! But the in-room facilities were a bit old fashioned, time to renovate!

The buffet dinner and breakfast are both nice. The outdoor hot spring is awesome. A very big pool surrounded by various small pools. You can touch the snow and step on the snow when feeling too warm. The room is very spacious.

Nice hotel to stay and onsen is their highlight. Breakfast and dinner buffets are yummy

Fabulous Hotel with full amenities.

房間總面積是夠的，但衞生間衹有1.5平米。早晚餐都還不錯，五一期間有很多北海道本地遊客自駕來度假。湯泉開闊，一點也不擁擠。交通不便是真的。

룸컨디션 직원들 모두 대만족했던 숙소입니다 ! 눈맞으면서 즐겼던 온천은 정말 낭만있었어요 가족단위로 오거나 동성친구랑 같이 오는게 제일 좋은것같아요 또 방문하고싶습니다

房型包自助晚餐 entry time (18:15-18:30) ， 我們18:35到達會場告知已滿座.. 要求等待15mins ， 已感到非常奇怪。 最生氣是等待中我們後面到達的日本人先安排入座。我們表示不理解，接待先著急幫我們安排。 進入餐廳發現很多空位，莫名其妙。 食物質素一般，很多餐盤上還有食物殘渣⋯ 房間衛生亦一般，床單上有明顯血跡。電熱水煲裏還有上一手留下的水。沒有潔癖的我，也感到不適。

這家酒店的前台男服務人員在中國可能會被打死，我們睡覺被蟲子咬了，他翻譯了半天讓我們回去自愈！這家酒店的機場小巴根本約不到！一行人自己花1800元人民幣定了送機！洗手枱 衣服都是蟲子，含的晚餐就是國內的簡餐！九宮格盤子！廁所小的可憐🥺總體真的覺得很不好，

삿포로에서 멀지만 셔틀버스가 있어서 시간만 맞다면 편하게 갈수 있고 가는 길에 설경과 요테이산을 구경할 수 있어서 최고였다. 건물은 오래되었지만 잘 관리되었고 석식 조식도 괜찮고 목욕탕이 크고 물이 매우 좋았다. 노천탕이도 좋았다.
