Ulasan Grand Tower Inn Sathorn Hotel

It was very good location. Just 10 minutes walk to ICONSAIM, 5 minutes walk to nearest 7-Eleven and 10 minutes walk to BTS. The room is good and clean. It was good view and very good prices. There is also a place to dry clothes in the room.

The hotel was great for a few days, got a few tourist attractions close by the ICONSIAM and sky train

I had a great stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Since I was here for a concert, we mainly needed a place to rest, and this hotel had all the necessary amenities. Just a heads up, check in is on the second floor, while the drop off/pick up point is on the first floor. Thank you!

Good location, walking distance to Iconsiam. Clean room exceot that they dont offee free coffee or tea.

The price is great but hotel is a bit hard to find. Everything else is ok for the price it’s charging.

This was hands down the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. The entire place felt neglected and dirty—from the moment I walked into the lobby, I knew I had made a huge mistake. The room reeked of mold, the sheets looked reused, and the air conditioning barely functioned in Bangkok’s unbearable heat. I stayed for more than two days and not once did I receive any daily amenities—not even the basics like water or toiletries. On top of that, I was charged extra with no clear explanation. The staff were completely indifferent and unhelpful when I tried to get assistance. The noise from the hallway and other rooms made it impossible to sleep, and overall, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected the entire time. This hotel ruined my trip. Avoid it like the plague.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the receptionist is really polite and eager to assist us, even offering us complimentary early check-in.

the place is near icon siam, grab food and cars are super convi. I love the cold aircon and spacious room. I love that they provide water as well

Staffs were very friendly, nice location as it's very close to iconsiam. Room is very clean too just a cons that furniture is a bit old and hot water kept going off.
