Very nice place, quiet area. easy access to attraction & local halal food just nearby. You can rent bike only 30yuan for full day. Free laundry. Owner very helpful.

Quaint and clean room. Accomodating host which allowed us to rest in one of the rooms before checking into our actual room as we arrived early in the morning. Room improvement: hand basin is way too small to even brush your teeth. All toiletries must be placed outside the toilet and there isnt any rack inside the toilet nor the hand basin. Toilet also stank of sewage at some point every evening. Had to cover to toilet bowl, drain cover and toilet door tightly. Location is a plus as it is walking distance to tourist areas.

I stayed at the this Haikou Homestay for about 3 weeks. I came back here during Chinese New year instead of staying in Sanya. The location is quiet, and easy walking distance to eateries, and shopping mall. I like the single room with the balcony the best, and the dining/ living room and the kitchen add to the convenience. The atmosphere is like home. The lady manager is especially helpful and always there to answer questions. I like her very much. I definitely recommend this homestay, and will come back when I visit Haikou again!

Overall the stay was a pleasant one and worth the money. I arrived very early but I was allowed to leave my bags at the hotel whole I explored the city. Within a short time the room was ready and I could check in early. The hotel is situated in a nice area of villas and is convenient for all the local attractions. One negative is that the room was not cleaned when I went out so I assume you have to request that.

The homestay is in an excellent location, a quiet back street near shops and restaurants and the amazing night market. There is a security gate which initially posed an challange but once we got the fop all was well. The beds are comfortable enough and everything works well. We did not use the pool, so cannot comment. It seems refurbishment is ongoibg so eventually it will be a really cosy place. I will certainly stay again.

Location is not bad just 4 bus stops to Haikou old street area

I stayed here for a couple of days before I headed to Sanya, and my experience was very nice! The hotel has a convenient location in a beautiful old neighborhood. It's only 10 mins by car away from the major attractions in Meilan like Haikou Bell Tower, Qilou Street, and the century Bridge! The room had a little balcony, and it was put together and clean (including TV, hairdryer, several towels, functional heating/cooling system, bottles of water every day...). The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. They helped me with ******* orders, allowed me to check in before time, and check out late. They were very welcoming! I highly recommend this for budget-conscious travelers or those who are in the outdoors most of the time!

The only downside is that the plug next to the bed is loose. If you can't plug it in, you can't charge it while sleeping on the bed. You can only charge it on the socket on the table. There are many delicious places nearby. I recommend Hainan's first Qingbuliang, which is next to Haida Night Market. Then, there is also a cinnamon bun made from Fubao bread, which is also very delicious. Then go to the library here instead of the wrong one. The museum is also quite close.

We arrived at the B&B at midnight. The room was spacious and bright. It was inside the villa area, very quiet, convenient to go anywhere, and clean.

The room is big, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, the furniture is relatively complete, it is near Haidian Island, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is very convenient to leave the island, especially the toilet, which is very good!

The room is pretty good. The lady boss is very nice and waited for me until very late. Haikou is very interesting. The location of the hotel is also easy to find. You can take a taxi directly to the door. The hygiene is also good. There are many delicious restaurants around.

It's just okay, not bad. You just need a card key to get in, but the owner just stares at you and doesn't open the door for you. Very rude.

I really liked the hostel. Clean, cozy, close to the bus stop. There is a kitchen where you can cook, and they also give you drinking water, which was very nice. The Internet worked without problems. The administrator is polite, friendly and tried to help when I had questions.
