Ski in and out is one of the advantages for this resort. The room is clean and spacious, they do supply lot of mineral water. With hot spring and water park ticket it is worth to go. staying 5 days feel breakfast almost the same.

Hotel is big, spacious, with many facilities. Breakfast is rather diverse. Rooms are quite fresh and big. Swimming pool and sauna are good. Location is very central. Service is rather decent. Pretty nice experience in general. Bar closes very early. Very quiet in the hotel even during the weekend.

Payment infrastructure a nightmare. Visa card wouldn’t work in their machine. Had to withdraw cash from neighbour hotel. Trip.com took full amount as guarantee and held for 20 days! Payment system resulted in very stressful encounter. Beware!

It was my first time staying at Hyatt, and I was very very very shocked! First of all, the decoration of the hotel is far ahead of the entire resort, it is both elegant and stylish, it is simply the perfect combination of nature and careful design. The double narrow board provided by the ski house was also my first time to ski, it was so good to ski!!! There is a white tiger rope at the door, 10 meters away! The simple meal provided by the ski house at noon is cheap and delicious, delicious and light. I regret not discovering it at the beginning, and I must come often in the future! In addition, I would like to specially mention the hotel manager Alisa, who is very considerate and thoughtful, making us feel at home when we stayed at Hyatt for the first time. Thank you so much!

The room is spacious and clean, with the window facing the snow trail. Alisa, the manager on duty at the front desk, is very attentive, patient, warm and thoughtful. I am very satisfied and will come again next year.

This time I brought my kids to ski. Before we arrived, the front desk manager ALISA called us to get the airport time and helped us upgrade the room. She also paid attention to our needs during the hotel time. Thank you very much~ Hyatt is very suitable for bringing children to play. It is also very convenient to eat. There is a shopping street downstairs in the hotel. The hotel has its own ski house. The children had a lot of fun. I will come again next year~

It is an international 5-star hotel with complete and considerate facilities. The front desk lady Wang Xinru is kind and lovely. Because it was my husband's birthday on the day of check-in, she not only upgraded my room, but also arranged a birthday cake for me. I celebrated with a cake after dinner. In addition, the little brother whose name I forgot greeted me kindly and politely at the barbecue restaurant in the evening. I met him again at breakfast and he greeted me with a smile. This added warmth and happiness to this 3-day and 2-night birthday trip.

The scenery is nice. I have stayed in your group's hotels many times, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The staff's attitude is very bad, especially the staff of Changbai Yueting around 8 o'clock on February 22. When there is a problem, they will only pass the buck and admit that they are passing the buck. The efficiency is very low, and they maliciously speculate about customers. I am so angry that I have no appetite and can't sleep. I hope the hotel can pay attention to this problem. I have never encountered such a bad service attitude.

It is very convenient to get to the hotel from the airport. There is a shuttle bus directly after leaving the airport. The quality of Hyatt is as good as always. The ski house is directly on the negative floor, which is super convenient to go to the ski resort. The scenery is also super beautiful, and you can take photos at will. The hotel is very heated, and it is recommended to bring a short-sleeved T-shirt. Everyone is very enthusiastic. The front desk asked us about our room requirements in detail. Our room can be bathed while watching the snow scenery outside. The concierge Haohao taught us how to make an appointment for Tianchi in advance (although he didn't go in the end because he was afraid that the children were too small and the wind was strong). At breakfast, the manager helped take pictures and asked how it felt to play for a few days. It was like home. The coach must be booked in advance. Coach Zhang Kevin is very good and takes good care of the children. The children are also very comprehensible. It took one hour to learn quickly. The children learned and taught their parents. It was a pity that the paragliding this time was too bad. On the first day, I was tired of skiing and went back to the room to rest for more than the time (it ended at 4 pm). The second day was closed due to weather reasons. The patrol staff of the ski resort, including the service staff when going up and down the magic carpet, are very helpful to beginners. It was warm in winter! No need to go!
