A hotel very well located from Disney, the staff service is warm, the breakfast is generous and there is a shuttle bus to Disney, all kinds of amenities, there is no lack of service just because we are foreigners, recommend the service!

A wonderful place for a family holiday that exceeded all our expectations, the only thing that upset us was that the pool was not working (((( The hotel is lovely, cozy, everything is very clean. The interior is tastefully selected and the most important thing is, of course, the hospitable, kind, attentive Likee receptionist, who waited for us, arranged the rooms, arranged an extra bed, and resolved all issues with a misunderstanding. booking on the website and all the days of our stay at the hotel surrounded us with his care and attention. Great location to reach Disneyland, really helpful, clean facilities, great service (including the fast, simple breakfast, so u are not difficult to find one when you must leave early to go to Disneyland and the transport service there).

Location is in close proximity to Disneyland, and the hotel provides free pick-ups and drop-offs to Disneyland. Staff are friendly. Only improvement that could be made is the water heat control in the bathroom.

The place was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or recommendations. The common areas were well-maintained. The location was also excellent – close to Disneyland

Only good things to say. Clean, easy check in, responsive, and they have pick up service to and from disneyland. Breakfast is good also, classic chinese breakfast. Recommended!

Absolutely stunning hotel, clean, great hotel. The receptionist was amazing, when visiting a country not knowing the language we have found to be hard however the receptionist on the desk spoke absolutely incredible English and the most conversation we’ve had since being in China ! He was so helpful we are so greatful. The hotel is very close to Disney and Bicester village Shanghai . Highly reccomend staying here!

Like was so accommodating and wonderful; he really made our stay!!! He even took the extra effort to put in a bed for our toddler to make our stay more comfortable! The location was perfect for our visit to Disneyland, our family would definitely stay again. Thank you, Like !

This is a fantastic hotel for a great price for Disney. There is not much around but a quick didi ride and you are at malls or Disneyland. The breakfast here was amazing and filling. A bathtub after Disney a great way to relax your tired legs. 1 night included transport to Disney. A kids playground kept my 2 happy on checkout date. We are from Australia and we loved the beds and space and the breakfast, so good. The pool had no water but no impact to us. We would stay here again. Thanks

Convenient stay for Disneyland tour. Transportation available for Disneyland. Convenient for food as well at walking distance

Very nice room; close to Disney; but the times for the breakfast and to take you to Disney are not family friendly 7-9 am and that is all. We never had breakfast or toke the suttle. I even cancelled the suttle one night at 3am because I saw we could not make it, and they still woke us up, at 8.45 even if I answer the message asking if it was cancelled, saying it was definitely cancelled. They are very unflexible with the schedule even if they do not have any other guest...they should also keep an eye on the cleaning every day, because the floors are white and they look dirty very easy. They let you wash clothes, and tried to help but I think they need some training about normal requests than guest can make like late check out for example, after 4 days 2 rooms, it should not be a big deal to leave some room to the guest without making it like and amazing exception. I have been 2 months in China and all the hotels let you stay for free for a few hours even without a question, at the end they let us have one extra hour but after a long back and forward that was not necessary.
